La casa si affaccia a nord/ovest sulla zona archeologia e sul mar Tirreno con l'sola di Vulcano all'orizzonte. A sud invece si possono osservare i Nebrodi e l'Etna. A ridosso del promontorio di Tindari si trovano due punti balneari unici, la meravigliosa spiaggia dei laghetti di Marinello e le grotte di Mongiove.
