The Grant Park Farmhouse- Authentic Southern Charm

Make breakfast under the gabled ceiling of a pristine kitchen boasting vintage 1940s Youngstown kitchen cabinets. The house is at the dead end of an ally and not near any major intersections. This makes the space quiet for an urban setting. Even though the house was made to appear old, it has many of the amenities you would want in a newly constructed house such as a tank-less water heater for those long hot showers, and spray foam insulation for comfort. Coffee shops, restaurants, The Atlanta Zoo, Atlanta Beltline, historic Grant Park, Georgia State Stadium and the Eventide Brewery are all within walking distance. Close attractions include, Centennial Olympic Park, World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, World of Coke, Fox Theater, Phillips Arena, Ponce City Market and Georgia Aquarium all less than 2 miles.

In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
