A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Stroll just a few blocks from this central location to Ponce City Market and the Beltline, and head down the street to jog in Piedmont Park. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking.
