We had a great stay at Jill’s place. The house was very clean and had enough furnishings that we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our dogs were able to enjoy the fenced in yard. The bathroom had tons of countertop space and the heated floor was a bonus, especially on a cold weekend. We were able to walk into town. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Leadville.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

John was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and we had a fantastic stay.

If you are looking for a great little mountain house close to ski resorts and walkable to restaurants this is a gem! Susan was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. She doesn’t live in Colorado so sometimes responses were not immediate but she did always get back to us and was very helpful. We came for a few days to have a quick spring break ski trip with our teens and this house checked all the boxes. Not fancy - but super comfortable. Looks like the photos and was easy to get to and get in. Adorable mid century vibe with an eclectic assortment of furnishings this is one we will tell our friends about & save to come back to!

Great location! We missed the timing on the winter park bus (visited off-peak) but if we had made it work it would have been perfect to ride the Lift to the resort! Still the drive and walk from the parking lot at the ski resort were not bad. This house is gorgeous and close to Safeway and hernandos pizza. The hot tub and soaker tub were loved by my kids and I. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was more than enough space for 4 grown ups and 2 kids. The host was incredible with check in and was so accommodating after a day of travel. Thank you so much!!

We had a great stay with 4 couples and 4 kiddos! Plenty of space with 4 master bedrooms with bathrooms in each room and kids separate bunk bed gaming area! Easy to all eat together, play games, parking etc…

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

This is the second time I stayed at Jaime's place. They are a great host, super friendly and love dogs. The space is clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to town. I will definitely stay here again.

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

Amanda saved our weekend when our planned lodgings fell through at 9:00on a Friday night. Her place was warm and welcoming and had all we needed for a great weekend.

We had an excellent stay here! It was very cozy, clean, and a great space overall. The view of the lake was amazing. The front side of the building doesn't have the greatest curb appeal, and the deck is shared between occupants, just an FYI.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Another Amazing Stay – 4 Years and Counting! From the spotless accommodations to the warm hospitality, everything about this stay was perfect. Dena’s home is always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we need. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to enjoy all of the local ski mountains. We keep coming back because this place feels like a home away from home. Looking forward to our 5th stay next year—thank you again for another wonderful visit!

Great spot!! Close to town and clean and spacious

This a great place to stay if you have a couple young kids like we do. They had some games available which we played on a cozy afternoon and easy access with the free winter park bus to the slopes. Would stay again.

Perfect spot for our ski trip- plenty of room and the views are beautiful- the stairs are a lot but by the end of the week I was conditioned!!!! Under car parking was a plus- since we got snow!
