There are two pubs serving food daily and the Marina Bar with its excellent cuisine. A perfect base to explore the salt marsh coast with its extensive walks Maldon is only a short drive away which is a buzzing coastal town

It is full of cosy, vintage character ideal for families, couples or anyone in need of a relaxing coastal escape. Despite its serene setting, you're never far from the fun being within easy reach of Clacton on Sea.

‘The Den’…a rural haven in Suffolk

The Den is a charming and welcoming detached annex. Set in an idyllically peaceful and picturesque location with open-plan living and bifold panoramic windows that open directly on to a loggia with Log Burner. There are further outdoor seating areas in the Herb Garden and Hedge Box, where you can take in the expansive skies, Suffolk is renowned for. We are only a 30 min drive from the glorious Suffolk Coast where we have a traditional Beach Hut that is available for hire in Old Felixstowe.

"Oak Meadows" - Alresford, Essex

Our traditional timber cabin is nestled within the charming countryside of North-East Essex. This rural retreat for two promises a perfect blend of comfort and convenience making it ideal for a relaxing break. The cabin stands alone in our garden with lake and rural views. From the cabin, scenic walks and cycling paths with vast open skies beckon. Nature enthusiasts and dog walkers will be thrilled by the birds and wildlife in our area and the stunning views around the local lakes.

Lake view lodges Long Melford (Melford)

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

Log Cabin Getaway

Log Cabin getaway with hot tub and fire pit! Come and stay in a countryside log cabin, with your own private hot tub and fire pit. Inside is heated by a cosy log burner for an authentic feel too. Perfect location for countryside walks, but also close enough to walk into the local town. Hi-de-Hut

**NO OVERNIGHT STAYS** Welcome to Hi-de-Hut, named after the 1980s sitcom series Hi-de-Hi. The series was filmed on the green opposite the hut, where Warner’s holiday camp once stood. IMPORTANT: • *No overnight stays are permitted*. This means that when booking e.g. Friday 1 night you are booking for the Friday not the following day, 10am-8pm. • The sea is safe to swim in but please respect the water. • Dog friendly beaches ( look for green signs located on promenade walls).

Peaceful 2-bedroom cabin in a quiet park setting, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Features a spacious living area, WiFi, and modern comforts. One king bedroom with en-suite, one double room, plus a sofa bed for up to 6 guests. Set near a beautiful village with scenic walks nearby—ideal for couples, groups and nature lovers. Not suitable for children as the park has older permanent residents. We do ask for residents to supervise their pets as we’ve had some barking issues. 😊

Luxury Beach Hut Rental at Walton on the Naze, is located directly on a quiet sandy beach. The hut is available for DAY USE ONLY from 7am - 7pm. Our optional reserved parking spaces and optional unique setup and put away service, leave you free to just turn up and enjoy the day with your family or friends. Tables, chairs, beach toys included. We can supply party decorations, tableware, towels, party bags, phone charging and music speakers. to perfect your day at the beach 🏖️

Meadow Valley Lodges - Lodge 2

Meadow Valley Lodges in Hintlesham, Suffolk enjoy a southerly aspect, overlooking a most tranquil and beautiful valley of meadow and woodland. Perfect for business or leisure guests. This is one of four lodges available to book either individually or as a multiple of up to four lodges. Ongoing corporate stays available (subject to availability). The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.
