My partner and I had a wonderful weekend exploring Charleston for the first time! Victorias Airbnb was wonderful, so relaxing and had an amazing backyard for my dog to run around in. It was everything we’d hope for!

Colleen’s cottage was the perfect stay for an extended work trip. The place was so lovely and easily felt like home. It was an excellent way to experience the historically rich area of Summerville and i loved the proximity to local landmarks. The neighborhood was beautiful and relaxing and the bed was so comfortable after a long days work. Colleen was exceptiobally gracious and welcoming throughout the entire stay. She was especially generous and understanding when it came to my service dog Yoshi staying with me, which is always appreciated when travelling with a service animal. She had treats waiting for me and for Yoshi when we arrived and even had a special bed and toy for Yoshi when we checked in. It was overall one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. When staying long term for work, the comfort of the home is important but the kidness and ease of communication with Colleen is really what made me feel so comfortable here 10/10 recomend and would love to stay again.

the house was as represented. we would have enjoyed sitting in the backyard if seating had been available. Some details on use of the tv system would be helpful.

Our stay was amazing! There were more amenities that we didn’t even have an opportunity to use, such as the gas grill on the balcony. The neighborhood is a great place to walk with family and very state of the art playground very close by in park circle. Everything was just as described. Even a baby gate to protect the little ones from falling down the stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, property & location. Close to everything - Angel Oak Tree, Blackbird, Tattooed Moose and we loved them all. Will come back next time we're in town. Amy was great to work with and responsive as well.

The stay was wonderful, everything we had hoped for and would recommend to anyone looking to stay on James Island!

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Our stay was wonderful. 183 St Phillips was perfectly decorated, well appointed and very clean. It was in a fantastic location. Definitely would like to stay again

This was our second time staying, it is a beautiful space centrally located. It is our got to spot to stay when we visit Charleston!

The property was fantastic as was the management responsiveness and communication. The only negative was not in their control - 3:30 am Carolina Waste management operations on Thursday morning that stopped right outside the home for 15 minutes of ground shaking dumpster trash collection of roughly half a dozen dumpsters rolled out of the alley adjacent to the property. To the credit of the managers, they had sleep-noise machines in the rooms to counter the frequent garbage collection in the area. Otherwise it was a wonderful place.

Location is farther from Charleston but only 20-25 minutes from the FUN! Place was so nice and clean and quiet! We felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

This was a nice, well stocked place within walking distance of a bunch of great shops and restaurants. The host responded quickly and provided all the necessary information. I would stay here again and recommend to others who want to explore Charleston.

This town home is in a wonderful location. Ubers are available late into the night for a fairly low fare. If you drive it’s just a short drive to downtown and you pay for all day parking and walk everywhere.

Florian's place was a beautiful space with plenty of space for our family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, and very clean. The location is great with the ability to walk to many restaurants and King St. Great communication from the hosts as well. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

This was a great spot for our group of three women. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to prepare some meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The family room was a great space to hang out together. This was a great location and a quick walk to the private beach area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

Lovely home in a great community/location. We loved riding bikes to the pool and beach with three generations! It was nice to have the Pelicans Nest restaurant close. All basics were supplied to cook and clean up. Freshfields was close enough to shop for anything needed. A plus was the supplied pack and play for our granddaughter. Grayson addressed every question and concern in a timely fashion. 5 adults and a baby had plenty of room.

Location was great, close to the ocean and a short bike ride to shopping and restaurants. Sandra was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job making sure her property helped provide memories of a lifetime. I highly recommend this property and owner as they were worth every penny.
