I really enjoyed this place! Shawn was very responsive and the space was very thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. This place was completely stocked with towels, tp and tons of extras like snacks, coffee, espresso, bottled water, soda, and most importantly the Gelato! absolutely delicious and graciously waiting in the freezer for you to enjoy.

This a great location to stay for our visit to Morganton. Very clean and worth the money that we paid for the two days. Mike was very responsive to our needs.

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The loft was lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, and Wes was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location with walkable things to do. Apartment was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Rebecca was a great host and very helpful with a few of my questions during our visit. Will definitely go back!

Great diggs, but that being said-all I did there really was sleep there. At festival most of the time.

This was our 4th or 5th visit, which indicates how much we love it. Super convenient to everything in downtown Blowinf Rock, & very clean & comfortable. Already looking forward to our next trip!

excellent place for a wedding party

This was a great spot for our girls weekend! Beds were comfy, beautiful deck, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to a grocery store and restaurants. We really enjoyed Two Horse Distillery!

Very communicative, clean, having coffee was just that extra bit that you don’t see so much at airbnbs anymore… really nice stay

Wonderfully decorated with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, great towels and everything we needed. My wife kept saying, "how cute", the whole stay Highly recommend. The neighborhood is older but very peaceful.

The location was unique and amazing. It was remote and very peaceful, away from all the fast paced norms of life but still close enough to have the amenities of a small town with shops and restaurants. Close to the river where it was great for fishing and seeing wildlife and just a general walk in the evening. Lauren was incredibly responsive and the house itself was great with a great layout for the family and many places to enjoy. If you are looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life (still have wifi if you need to check your emails etc.) this is the place for you, you won't regret it.

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to walking trails, shopping, great restaurants, and Andy's ice cream. We went for a walk each night after dark. Felt safe with the surroundings. Great neighborhood!

Great stay while in town for a bike race. Convenient to the forest as well as local food and shopping. Would stay here again.

Overall a very nice stay. We were in town for a wedding it was exactly what we needed. Good location and the house looked exactly like the pictures.

Matt’s place was absolutely remarkable! Everything was easily described, clear instructions were given, and Matt was very quick with response if you had a concern. His property was very conveniently to all of the attractions that we were looking forward to seeing. We will definitely be booking one of Matt’s properties again!

My husband and I were here on spring break, with our 2 boys and I have to say this was one of the best places we've stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room for our boys to play, and the condo was nice and clean. The mountain views were amazing. The Owners were nice and super responsive. Our boys love the pool, I love that we didn’t have to drive more than maybe 20 minutes or less to get to everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to booking again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

Samantha and Connor have a beautiful place. We spent 6 days there for Spring Break and it felt like home. I reached out to them once and they responded to my concern quickly and had it resolved. We loved the cute area that the condo is located in, with plenty of local places to check out for food, coffee, or drinks. The Pine was our favorite spot that we visited. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the building/area was super quiet. I read in other reviews about the stairs. Overall it wasn’t a problem for us, but I see how it could be for people with mobility issues. If you’re able to handle stairs, I’d highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again. Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the main strip but slightly away from all of the heavy traffic with a bypass to avoid the busy main strip.

James was great to deal with. the cat do was as described and very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and while not walkable to attractions it was an easy, short drive.
