Loved this neat hole in the wall! Never stayed in a loft like this, but was very impressed. Beautiful room over looking Main Street thru big windows, the chandelier was beautiful over the bed. Romantic, charming, unique place. The bathroom was unique and everything well decorated. Full kitchen, conversation piece walls, and the bed was so comfortable. I could go on. Fantastic spot near neat restaurants and local attractions. Very close to waterfalls, hiking, historical locations. We stayed for Valentine's and would definitely recommend.

The description of the loft was very fitting. The location was perfect. It was good to know ahead of time that you could hear footsteps above because of the old floors and also can hear the train. Overall wonderful stay. We used the credit at next-door coffee shop, and loved it! That was a bonus. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Habersham Mill. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and sitting on our porch listening to the river. Gorgeous, unique space. The host provided everything we needed.

Legit the perfect Airbnb, super clean, the view was dope, the indoor pool was very could tho but not really the host’s fault. Outdoor pool was dope, and the hottubs too. Host was very helpful and helped when we had some inconveniences.

A time that was once lived in obligation has turned into the happily ever after fairy tale. I moved to Asheville almost a year ago to survive. And my best friend came to visit me in my new habitat. We had a great time at Eugene’s place! Check in was easy breeze with clear instructions. The location is awesome and we were able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the concert! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The place looked exactly like the photos—spot on. After a long drive from Nashville, we were so grateful for the early check-in. Arriving tired and hungry, the snacks were a lifesaver! We explored the town a bit and had dinner, but our main reason for visiting was to spend time with our mom and best friend, who recently moved here. This Airbnb was perfect for our trip, and we’ll definitely book again. Everything was just right. Thank you—we’ll be back!

Awesome space and location. Checking in and out was easy. It’s situated directly above the best coffee shop in Knoxville and is walking distance from great restaurants, drinks and breweries. Little pricy on Easter weekend but we split with another couple so it wasn’t bad. All in all a really cool place with a very attentive management company. Would recommend.

We arrived at the apartment and it felt instantly like home. The furnishings are really nice and suit the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far. It was super easy to find, easy to access and I loved spending time on the rooftop deck watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The apartment was super cute, colorful and comfortable. I loved everything about it, especially the big windows allowing for so much light. Our beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. The best part for us was that after arriving in town, we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We walked the trails that are just steps away and we walked to restaurants downtown. Mackenzie was super good at checking on us and responding to our questions. It was just a short getaway for us but this location made our stay memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here for our future trips to Asheville!

Place was wonderful. Need better instructions on how to find and which door is correct. Would be nice to have address on the door. But overall it was great

Tracey’s loft is super clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located right downtown in the lovely city of Clayton. Great communication from Tracey and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again.
