Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

This was the perfect location for our family to spend spring break together! The teenagers loved the games and hot tub, and the adults loved sitting on the patio and chit chatting. The beds were all comfortable, and the window air-conditioning units let each room pick their comfortable temperature. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and the house had a ton of items available! They provided sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap (which so many do not) We all enjoyed the pinball enough that we definitely had to get an extra few rolls of quarters for our 5 night trip. We also all don't do well with the Melaluca brand products that the house uses, so we got our own soaps. There are so many great spaces on the property, and we would have spent even more time outdoors if the weather was warmer, but there was SO much to do inside! We all kept commenting how perfect it was for our group of 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 tweens.

Our group of 5 adults were so pleased we chose to stay at Jason’s house in Old Orchard Beach. We first looked at places in Portland, but Jason’s spacious house offered a quieter setting, with parking and more amenities, at a better price. Comfortable beds, immaculate throughout. Very thoughtfully appointed, with nightstands on both sides of the beds, and superior blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And we ended up spending less time in Old Port, because we enjoyed exploring the towns south of Portland: Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, and we found good restaurants (including Holy Donuts!) nearby. We had no issues: we contacted Jason to confirmed our arrival/departure and he responded within minutes. We highly recommend!

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this house hosted by Byron Property Management. They had snacks waiting for us when we arrived, Christina was kind and quick to respond when we had a question, and the house was exactly what was demonstrated in their advertisement. We are excited to come back next year and hopefully make this an annual trip at this property!

Très bel appartement où nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos jeunes adultes. Nous avons adoré l’endroit. Stationnements faciles et inclus , à quelques minutes de marche de la plage. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

We went off season and it was a very beautiful and tranquil beach experience. The house is gorgeous and spacious. Jason was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This home had everything I was looking for! A short drive into Ogunquit or Wells and near Portsmouth, NH, with plenty of space for you and your friends. It’s a large spacious home that can accommodate everyone. The hot tub was great, the backyard was huge, and they supplied lots of outdoor activities. Definitely don’t miss out on your chance to stay here!
