This house is gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the huge deck overlooking the mountains was a dream spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The entire space was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We loved our stay at the opera house in Salida! The big, beautiful windows looming over one of the quaint downtown streets was so special - especially with the twinkle lights in the storefronts across the street at night. Two wonderful coffee shops were within a couple minutes walk (Howl & Coffee by Topo) & our favorite Sandwich Shop, Sweeties, was nearby as well. We loved being able to walk to the river, playground and the rooftop deck facing the mountains was wonderful in the sunny afternoons, even in the middle of winter. Having Monarch be only a 25 minute drive away was perfect for an afternoon on the slopes for my daughter & hubbs. Kaylee was incredibly responsive, kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The gorgeous views and quiet surroundings made the experience even better. Access was easy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Plus, there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

From the very beginning the whole process was easy. Answered questions promptly. Place was as described and clean, felt right at home. Loved the game room, had a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Joe’s place was fantastic. Super peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Spectacular views. Hot tub, fire pit, and bbq right there! Views right from the couch! I do want to note, there isn’t a kitchen sink or stovetop, I’m sure it’s listed in the listing but good to plan for. His space does have a coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, utensils, so you can still make most small meals or bbq. Another reviewer mentioned the freezer being broken, it’s not exactly broken but more like a fridge. Our hamburger patties did defrost, not a big deal for us, but if you were planning to bring frozen goods or store ice or ice cream, I’d plan accordingly. Overall fantastic getaway though! Would love to come back!

The property was so beautiful and secluded. The wildlife and star gazing was great for the soul. Would recommend and stay here again!

Eagle Vista is an absolute gem. The pictures provided with the listing do their best to try and capture the grandeur of the setting, but it's even better than advertised. John is a great host and makes sure that you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfortable, showers are hot, and the woodstove keeps the place nice and cozy. We'll certainly be back if we're in the area again.

Spacious, clean and well located for trails and outdoor access (although other side of town for Shelf access). Short drive into town. Good communication. Fun basement games!
