In an elevated spot near the river and the port, it is set in a happily chaotic courtyard garden at the end of a sandy Fremantle laneway. Blue Door is a self contained building at the rear of my own 1888 limestone home and I look forward to welcoming you to this special place.

Freo Limestone studio

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

The Studio with ensuite is located in central Fremantle next block to Esplanade Hotel, opposite the Esplanade Park and Fishing Boat Harbour with attractions such as Little Creatures, The Beach House, Cicerellos, the Shipwreck and Maritime Museums, the World Heritage listed Fremantle Prison, Markets and all Freo's exciting attractions.
