La centralissima struttura (fine lavori maggio 2024), è stata sottoposta a ristrutturazione riguardante non solo gli aspetti di miglioramento del design, del confort e dei servizi, ma anche all'efficienza energetica. L'immobile fa parte di un antico complesso edilizio, che fino ai primi del 900 comprendeva il Convento e la Chiesa di S.Agata successivamente demoliti. Dal balcone della camera che si affaccia su via V. Emanuele di fronte alla biblioteca comunale, si assiste a ogni manifestazione.
