It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this upper level two bedroom unit located in a family friendly centrally located home. Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a 50” Smart TV, a separate desk for working and a fireplace for ambiance (not functioning).

Cozy Cabin Home-Peaceful Farm Retreat & Private

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests. It sits on our 6-acre property beside our home, and we’ve put a lot of care and love into renovating it. We really hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life!
