Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This humble and clean private room (200 square feet) with private entrance is located within 5 min walk of downtown Fredericton and 10 min walk from UNB. This unit is located in the back of our riverfront house. It is part of a big house on Waterloo Row, by the Wolastoq River and near the walking bridge. Perfect for guests who want to be close to downtown without paying too much.

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this upper level two bedroom unit located in a family friendly centrally located home. Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest.
