Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely first class experience. Harrison was responsive and proactive before we even booked! I asked about an amenity that he didn’t have and by the time we arrived, he had it installed. Extremely easy to take the Metro to explore all things DC. Lots of convenient food options next door at The Roost and across the street. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and spaces to sleep. A/C worked wonderful! Felt right at home. Harrison also accommodated our arrival and departure times so that we were never without a place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. We had a wonderful stay! Hosts gave clear instructions, so check in was easy. Breakfast items were available for our stay and the house was stocked with almost any toiletry you needed (or forgot). One of the few Airbnb stays where it honestly felt like you were at home!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Shareef was a very communicative host, continuously checking in with us both during arrival and throughout the stay. He was flexible with check-in time and generous. The unit was spotless and check-in was simple. Highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house was spacious, clean, and convenient to BWI, grocery stores, and I-97. It was a really good value in an expensive area. We want to stay here when we’re back in the area.

Had a great stay at Roman’s place for a long weekend to show our kids our nation’s capital. Location was good, we were close enough to the National Mall to get there in about 15 mins in an Uber, but far enough away that it felt like a neighborhood. Place itself was nicely renovated and we appreciated having nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps so we didn’t have to pack them. Only note is even with the A/C, the second floor got a little warm overnight, but this was solved with a note to the host who was very responsive and able to reset thermostat settings for us.

What a great place to stay in such a lovely town. The apartment was great for the two of us allowing enough privacy between the main sleeping area and the secondary bedroom. The apartment was spotless clean, had plenty of towels, coffeee, water and even a bottle of wine. I plan on coming back next year for sure. Thanks William.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

We stayed at Jordan and Veronica's place for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in beautiful, historic downtown. The home is in a perfect location, walkable to many restaurants, shops, and river walk. Inside is better than described. Super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved the decor. Parking was never a problem, often just outside the door. After leaving, I realized that I had left an important book on the sofa and Jordan graciously let us come back that evening and pick it up. I appreciated his kindness. We would definitely stay here again if we're in Fredericksburg.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.
