We had a wonderful stay at Todd's place. Our main reason to stay was easy access to Harper's Ferry and hiking trails. It was also nice to be able to walk 5-10 min and get to a coffee shop, bakery, and a variety of local restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our short stay.

Beautiful, historic, and comfy stay in the heart of downtown! The house was easy to find, and very comfortable. Marc was very responsive, and my friends and I had a wonderful time. The only hiccup was it was an unusually warm spring night our first night and it was a bit warm in the room. We had the windows open and a box fan running on high and it was still pretty warm, but the next night it cooled down and was perfect. Im not a great sleeper, so i had some trouble sleeping that first night - Not a big deal at all, just something to be aware of! I’m also not sure if they have AC for the summer and it hadn’t been turned on yet. Other than that, really amazing stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly what we were hoping for a quick anniversary getaway. It was very clean, cozy, and there were thoughtful extra details that made it easy to navigate a new place. There is a fairly extensive “renters agreement” to sign that opens you up to the potential for extra charges for negative situations but we didn’t run into any of that. Overall a lovely stay for a good price and location.

This was our second time renting from Pamela and we were impressed as always! The unit is beautiful and full of charming historical touches that are absolutely delightful, and Pamela is an outstanding, friendly, and responsive host. We'd recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Frederick who wants a walkable location and a wonderfully maintained historical stay.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and tucked away but also close to everything and quick access to the highway. I felt like everything was a quick 5-10 minutes away if I wanted to go out and do something, try a restaurant, etc. The room was so comfortable, inviting and clean. I also loved the personal touches Gyasi takes for his guests. It made the stay that more memorable. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely book there again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. It was great.

Overall a really nice older apartment with mid century charm. We will be staying here again when we come back to visit. Please note there is no internet and only antenna tv. With the beautiful property and nice porch bench you can unplug here and slip back into a simpler time. Gettysburg is less than 20 minutes from the driveway.

Just what we wanted. Right in town where we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Mornings were checking up on our horse out away from town, and late afternoon and evening were for wandering around and checking up on everything and then deciding on one of the great places to have dinner. Ava was great for communicating with as needed. Responses were always very quick. Check in and check out we’re really easy! Nice clean place!

I needed a break after selling my home and retiring - this little spot was just the remedy for me and my pup. Rustic, but clean and comfortable. Private, but convenient for amenities close by. I enjoyed my stay there immensely and would highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful locale.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. The house was amazing, it was so beautifully decorated and so so clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful outdoor space as well! The host was so responsive and very accommodating to my group. There is no other place I would’ve wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday! Would recommend this place a million times!

This was our 2nd stay at Danny's place. We were extremely happy both times. It's easy to walk to downtown, plenty of dining options and shopping. House is spacious, clean, great parking. I highly recommend this house for your next Frederick stay!

The property is everything as described and more! We immediately felt at peace and appreciated the wonderful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds, window views). Duane was a ray of sunshine and incredible host. He stopped by to give us a history of the property and suggestions for enjoying nature. Our walks were relaxing and we enjoyed all the wildlife: birds playing in the morning, a groundhog running about, and busy squirrels. We would certainly stay again when in the area!

Great apt in the middle of downtown Frederick! It’s the perfect place to be your home base to explore the area.

Exactly as pictured and described. Very walkable to canal and to downtown shops, coffee, restaurants, breweries. The lock can be a little ‘moody’, but Anne was very responsive on how to make it work efficiently. She was also very upfront about the downstairs bar establishment and the noise until about midnight, at which point it definitely shut down. We were in town for a wedding and weren’t really trying to go to bed until about that time, so wasn’t an issue at all for us. Some of us went down and enjoyed a drink at the bar prior to going to bed, which was super convenient. Anne was an excellent host and incredibly responsive.

Ryan was an amazing host. He was extremely accommodating and responsive to all our messages with minutes. The unit is conveniently located to the main area of Frederick with many restaurants, cafes and fun shops within walking distance. It was our second time staying at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

Misha provided exceptional responsiveness and her place was a great place to stay. Is near lots of shopping and restaurants and a beautiful location!
