Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Das Apartment liegt direkt bei der idyllischen Promenade entlang des Eisacks mit historischen, bunten Häusern sowie der Parkanlage "Rappanlagen".

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Garten, hochwertige Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Klimahaus A. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. Für unsere Wohnung fällt die Ortstaxe von 1,50 Euro pro Person / Nacht an. Diese wird wie üblich vor Ort bezahlt.

Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. This apartment also features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

On a vineyard near Bressanone in South Tyrol welcomes you the bright and sunny apartment "Kreuzhof links". The 55m² vacation apartment consists of a very well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request. A balcony, from which you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains, is also part of the apartment.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
