Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the most wonderful feature of The Franklin Guest House! The guest house is about a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the LOCATION is the same!

Timber Ridge! Gorgeous and rustic cabin apartment in the midst of nine wooded acres. Timber ridge is a 600-sf cozy cabin apartment 4 miles from historic Leipers Fork, 2 miles from the Natchez Trace and 6 miles southwest of Historic Franklin in a beautiful hillside, wooded setting. Timber Ridge in now joined by our new Carriage House, and both are available for rental if you have a larger group. Both feature real wood burning fireplaces, and now with Fiber Internet!

A bright and open luxury artisan guest space. Custom-built and complete with a full kitchen, loft bedroom, work space, fireplace, bespoke wallpaper and local art throughout. As natural light pours through tall windows and skylights, the Gwyneth is the perfect space for an intimate Nashville getaway with a girlfriend or partner, or an inspirational solo retreat. For both safety and cleanliness reasons, the space is not considered suitable for pets or children.
