I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

Nice and close to downtown, beautiful historic cottage with a lovely garden path! Would love to come when it's not storm season to see the flowers in bloom. Clawfoot bathtub was really nice to soak in. Didn't make it to the hot tub bc we got back so late but our visit was great! Thank you so much!

Wow! The pictures don't do this home justice! We booked this for a girls trip and it could not have been better! The house was beautiful, clean and very charming! There were a ton of original touches mixed with new upgrades! Denise was very responsive and very kind! She suggested several fantastic spots in town, and checked in on us! We would glady book with her again, in this property or another one of hers! You can tell she takes pride in her properties and they are well taken care of!

We loved our college roommates ladies' weekend at this cottage. The back porch swing and hot tub were great for catching up in. Valerie left thoughtful items around the home--music, timed candles, twinkle lights, complimentary goodies and some for purchase, bathrobes, lots of towels and wash cloths. Beautiful backyard view. We enjoyed shopping and eating in Nolensville and Franklin.

Tracey was an excellent host! Her place was perfect for our needs and just as described. Would gladly stay here again especially if you are going to an event at Nissan Stadium.

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

Would absolutely stay here again. Walkable to Main Street, Franklin, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable to a nice park with running paths for me and my pup. Felt right at home. Got a great nights sleep, great water pressure in the shower, beautiful back yard- note it is not fenced in, but still lovely.

Can’t say enough about Jenny and the @Cozy Cottage”. Jenny left a book with a bunch of recommendations and she let us know if we needed anything else or information about the area she was there. Her place was so cozy and clean and had everything you needed plus more. The covered porch with the swing was perfect to sit out on with a beverage or nothing and watch the sunset. It was quiet and peaceful and would love to stay again. Jenny and her husband are great hosts and loved that they fly the American Flag in all their homes (being veterans it was nice). Loved our stay for the 2 weeks!

We recently stayed at this magical cottage and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The whole atmosphere of the place was truly enchanting. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, and we loved taking leisurely walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our time at the cottage was simply magical. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a peaceful retreat.

Nicole’s place was adorable and sooo peaceful. We spent hours sitting in the screened-in porch, listening to the babbling creek and watching the birds feed right in front of us. We felt like we were at a movie theater. We even saw great blue herons wading and gliding along the water! We loved coming home after spending the day in and around Nashville (about a 30-min pretty drive along some winding roads). Nicole’s cottage is cozy and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. And don’t forget to check out the hammocks down by the water! If we return to Nashville, we will be coming back to stay in this home away from home.

My group really enjoyed staying at Williams‘s place. It’s such a cozy place,well decorated, and comfortable. He quickly responded to emails before I got there and after check-in. There were snacks on the counter and several easy to fix items in the cabinet, which would’ve been handy if we had not been able to get to a grocery store before check-in. I loved the shower and could have stayed in there for days. I felt very safe walking the dog in the early morning hours before sun up. The neighborhood is lovely and is close to downtown. When you stay here, I recommend you walk around the square, read the historical markers on each business, and admire the murals. I highly recommend this home to other travelers. Thank you, William for making it a great weekend.

Our stay at The Breezeway was exceptional. We were made to feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The surroundings are lush and beautiful. Their garden and landscaping is so pretty. Complete with a bird feeder that attracts beautiful local birds. Inside their cozy airbnb, Mike and Donna thought of everything you could possibly need to feel at home and comfortable. Mike and Donna were available and ready to respond if needed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to The Breezway in Franklin. Thank you so much Mike and Donna.

We were very comfortable at Tina’s place. She was very flexible with check in, and gave thorough instructions. It was a bargain for something that close to downtown Nashville.

Pamela’s place was a wonderful, quaint, clean and beautiful cabin out in the country and was the perfect place to stay! We spent plenty of time on the rocking chairs on the front porch, said hello to the horses and fell fast asleep each night in the cozy cabin bedrooms. We look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!

Great location in an up and coming area, cute coffee shops and restaurants close by, and easy uber ride to downtown. The inside is super cute, great decorations! The outside could use some attention..overgrown grass and bushes! Overall it was a great little house!

Darrell & Bevs place is a little slice of paradise just outside the city! We were only in town for the weekend for our daughter's cheer competition. Darrell met us on site. He gave us clear instructions, expectations and walked us through the house to show us the little extras he had available like fans, the wifi code, and such. This home has all the comforts of home and then some! From lots of extra cozy blankets to snacks, fans, a pack & play, a well stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking a variety of meals & my personal favorite, a double kurig. 😂 Single pod on one side and a full coffee pot on the other. The screen in porch on the front of the house was a huge hit with my 3 kids. It rained pretty much our whole stay and the kids were still able to sit on the porch and enjoy the outside. The beds were very comfortable as well. It's located close enough to town for convenience, but far enough away to enjoy peace. Local instacart & food delivery is available as well!

Like many reviews on Mary and Joe’s place, this truly felt like home away from home, like I stepped into my mother’s cottage if she had one. The house is cozy, well-stocked, and very close to a grocery store and restaurants and the yard is very cute. Mary was very responsive and we felt very well taken care of. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed too.

This was the fourth time we have stayed at Maple Roost. Holly is an amazing host, and Maple roost perfectly meets our needs while we attend our treatments at Keystone Total Health. We are completely satisfied with the accommodations, and so very thankful for Holly's kindness and attentiveness to make sure we are comfortable during our stay. Our experiences with Holly and Maple Roost have consistently been very positive. We are looking forward to our next stay, which is already booked!
