Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

Illian East Cabin

Welcome to the old restaurant in town! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It is perfect for a large hunting group or family get together; you will have enough space for everything! Large kitchen and island with everything, comfy couch and dining room table. Big bathrooms with all the linens you need. Entire space is on one level for convenience and a mile from the lake! In the center of downtown, across the street from bail shop and bars/restaurants.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. Whether you're here for a hunt, a fishing trip, or just to stop on your way through and unwind in a quiet spot, this cabin makes a great base camp.

Harlan County Lake - Quiet Cozy Cabin Space

Quiet & cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin near the north shore of Harlan County Reservoir between Hunter & Methodist Coves. Perfect for 2 people who want to fish or hunt during the day & have a peaceful, private area to retreat to in the evening. Ideal for the fishing tournament team, w/exterior electricity available. Cabin accommodates 2 guests very comfortably, with a queen sofa sleeper in the living area for up to 4 guests. Large backyard has patio, gas grill, table/4 chairs.

The Shop House

Finally, somewhere to stay in Bertrand Nebraska - Unique property. It is a shop house (or Barndominium). loft-style living room over 2 bedrooms, one bath. Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

This recently renovated two room apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and a style all its own. Located in downtown Red Cloud, 1/2 block from the National Willa Cather Center, Opera House, Wine Bar, and market for groceries/deli supplies. There are 23 steps up to this 2nd floor apartment. The Old Mill and city park are across the street and the city pool is within walking distance, just two blocks away! Enjoy the fenced in back yard, deck, and play area for children. This house has two driveways and a two car attached garage. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable home so you can enjoy all of the amenities our little town has to offer.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.
