Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood! We loved the woods in the backyard and the back porch was the place to be! The house was just as it was described and the pictures were exactly what we experienced. Matthew was a great host and replied quickly to my questions. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We had a reunion with family (siblings) one from korea the other from ga and the other from tx and myself from ky. It was so nice and perfect for us! That master bathroom is gorgeous!

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

Noni’s place was amazing! Felt right at home and she was so responsive and checked in on us. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather but her place was so cozy that we didnt mind at all. We will definitely will be back in the summer to enjoy the lake and UTV.

This late 1930s home has been nicely renovated and offers a lot of charm. The home was clean and well equipped. It has a nice backyard and patio. It is convenient to the square that offers restaurants, coffee, and a movie theater. We would definitely book again.

Highly recommend. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing! We had a relaxing long weekend fishing off of the dock and making memories with our friends and family. We would stay here again.

This spot exceeded my expectations! The beds and furniture are comfortable. It offers many inviting outdoor seating options. The fire pit area is nearby. Hosts had kindling on the pit w/firewood stacked nearby. Plenty of towels and shower supplies. Kitchen is well organized and stocked with proper working equipment. It's a tad small for the number of the cooks we had trying to be in the kitchen. 1-2 cooks works best. Empty cabinets are available for pantry items. Lots of extra pillows and blankets easily accessible. Morning coffee in the swings on the dock...perfect! The ladder getting in/out of the water is amazing. Dock gets hot in the sun so we laid towels down to walk to our shoes from the ladder. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle board. The pool noodles are great for floating in the water. We might bring chair floats the next time we visit. Instructions for everything was clearly explained. Seasonal decor and subtle touches made us feel very at home. Well Done!

An easy place to stay with kids. Jaims was a great host. The space is very welcoming. Scottsboro is very close for any groceries / easy dining out. Lake Guntersville has a lot of scenic spots to be on the water. The place will be perfect when there's a dock at the house, but was easy enough to go over to the boat ramp. Great stay to get away and shut off!

This place was one our group’s favorite places to stay! The hosts were amazing and so responsive! The home is so unique and comfortable and beautifully decorated! The hosts thought of so many sweet little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We will be back for sure!!!

The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

My apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean, very quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe. It was less than 5 minutes from shopping mail and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely book again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed her for a second time and loved it even more this time! The views are stunning and Fred has definitely done some amazing upgrades! The pool is awesome with plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy! The hiking trail is beautiful just steep going back up! But so worth it! We plan to keep Paradise Pointe as our go to when visiting family in GA! Thank you for a peaceful and fun trip!

This place was spotless and beautiful. Great location to the water and very close to the square with one of the best coffee shops I have been to. It had all you needed in the kitchen and was extremely cozy on cold winter nights. Will definitely be back!

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Great place to stay. The property itself is great with lots of space, tons of privacy and even a pond for fishing and canoeing. The house was even better with 4 BRs - with 10 total beds - and 2 large full bathrooms. Large kitchen and two living areas with TVs - one traditional living room and one 'man cave' type where we spent most of our march madness watching time. Finishings were nice, home was well stocked and everything was new and comfortable. And if you like sitting outside, the home has many seating options on its wraparound porch. We had an unexpected weather-related issue and the owner was very engaged and responsive, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 

There for Sewanee Mom’s wkd. Great location. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Great showers. Personal touch of fresh flowers. Accommodated bringing the dog last minute. Would stay again. Great access to bike trail.

This was our second time staying at this particular property. It is so well maintained, clean, comfortable, and the hosts are very quick to respond when questions or issues arise. Would certainly give my highest recommendation and I know we will be coming back again!

This is a perfect location to use as home base while fishing at the lake. The driveway is boat trailer friendly. There is plenty of space inside. The location is very peaceful.

Very comfy farmhouse, with plenty of room. Master is extremely large with walk in closet. House was clean, comfortable furniture, and well stocked kitchen. Sandy & Bruce were very welcoming and friendly, even helping unload our car when we arrived! Enjoyed the hike around the property with detailed map of things to see. Our 2-year-old granddaughter really enjoyed seeing the neighboring chickens & cows. If the weather had been warmer, we would have really enjoyed sitting on the porch swings. We will definitely be staying again, was a perfect fit for our family visit to Sewanee.
