Andrew’s place is perfect! We stayed for an old friend’s wedding and the location couldn’t have been better - safe quiet neighborhood that was walkable to everything! The space is clean and well-stocked with easy parking and comfy amenities. We were especially grateful for the easy check-out after a late night of catching up with old friends. :-) Highly recommended this host for your stay in Northampton!

Had a great stay! Wonderfully cozy and charming, perfect for our family of four. Communication was spot on from booking through the end of our reservation. Very comfortable apartment. First floor of house with nice screened in porch. Cathy replied to messages quickly. Nicely equipped kitchen with coffee makers and coffee and even a fresh half and half in the fridge. Very good wifi. Very nice stay.

We rented Studio One for a girls’ weekend in May — it was so perfect. Plenty of space for 5 of us to sleep and to spread out, with a big communal living and dining room, a sitting nook off the kitchen, and an upstairs sitting area between the bedrooms. Also, the second-floor deck, which is the best for bird watching! Super clean, comfy beds, great kitchen with a long island that made it easy for all 5 of us to hang out while snacking. Lots of natural light! So pretty in spring! Right downtown in gorgeous Shelburne Falls, but also tucked up a side street so it’s quiet and private. In the three days we stayed, we ate/drank at Blue Rock Restaurant, Shelburne Springs, the West End Pub, the Juicebox wine bar, Mocha Mayas for coffee, and Baked for breakfast, with its sweet view of the potholes. Book lovers, do not miss Raven Books! And McCuskers Market is wonderful for supplies. A great getaway, will definitely be back.

This apartment was very clean, not cluttered, in an absolutely lovely neighborhood, and was very comfortable. We walked into town, had great parking, and the neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I would note is that the stairs into the apartment are quite steep, which makes sense since it is an old house. Just something to think about if you have any mobility issues. I would happily stay here again!

This apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Devon was friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Northampton is a beautiful city to visit.

We had a calm and super quiet overnight in Amherst (even saw a fox in the neighborhood)— Eva was very responsive and even alerted me when our car’s lights were still on! I will also say that each room has an individual heater and needs to be turned on during winter when it can be quite chilly. Otherwise, the place is as described.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It's convenient, clean, the kitchen is well stocked for basic needs, and the bedrooms are comfortable.

Staying at Three Sisters Sanctuary was a wonderful and restorative experience. It felt warm and cozy from the moment we arrived. What a thoughtful, creative, special place! I loved walking the grounds of the sanctuary each day. Having such an awesome and inspired place as a backyard is unbeatable! I am thankful I got to meet Richard. It truly felt like a gift to meet someone with such immense and vibrant vision who makes his dreams reality, and shares his dreams and joy for life with anyone lucky enough to find this treasure. The location is close enough to many great places like Northampton, MASS MoCA, and many gorgeous nature spots. I hope to return in other seasons to see how the sanctuary changes.

Jeff & Mel’s place was beautiful, cozy and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in, with incredibly soft and snuggly linens. The couch could be easily adjusted into another sleeping option. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee and tea options were abundant. The hosts were extremely friendly, thoughtful, flexible and easy to reach. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

Upon picking this air bnb joseph was extremely concerned first with our safety due to the incliment weather conditions. However Joseph made it possible for us to stay. He was extremely helpful and great with communicating. When I arrived it was very easy to find and honestly the pics do not do this place justice. It is very quiet and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, I slept great and my son was very comfortable too. Highly recommend staying here close to Yankee village great for a quick trip. Thank you Joseph for making me feel at home. I look forward to many weekends spent there.

Josh's place is even better than pictured. It's a very tastefully appointed apartment with furniture and artwork that elevate the experience and add to the overall quality of the stay. Excellent location, very walkable and quiet at the same time. Josh is a very responsive host who takes his role as host very seriously and addresses needs and questions very quickly and clearly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The house is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds), two recliner chairs and a large kitchen stocked with the essentials. Michael is a kind host and offered to drive us to the supermarket when we didn't have a car. He is also very responsive to the guest's needs. He even left us a thoughtful gift for Easter. The washer dryer in the basement was super helpful. Don't miss the tabby cat that visits the yard!

Meg's Air BnB is absolutely charming! If you want to get away for a relaxing break, this is the place. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed: comfortable bed, fresh linens, functional kitchen and the setting... so tranquil and pretty! Love the chickens! We took advantage of fitting in a pottery lesson with Meg in her studio-a 'must-do' if you have ever been curious about this. Meg is a patient and wonderful teacher! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or 'home-base' while visiting Western MA, Mohawk Trail area, etc. Meg is a friendly and warm host who made us feel right at home in her Air BnB!

Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

Katie and Mike are fabulous hosts! Katie provided helpful information prior to our arrival. Mike helped us pump up a flat bike tire and gave us great tips on area activities. The apartment was very clean and spacious given its size because it's not cluttered. The bed is very comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well. The pool is lovely! It's shared with the family, but Mike and Katie were very thoughtful about making it accessible to us when their kids weren't in the pool. The house is set in a quiet, rural setting but only 20 minutes from downtown Northampton. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travelers!

We have stayed here twice this year. Helen was a responsive host. Her house offers cozy hang out spaces, very comfortable beds, and a unique layout. We enjoyed the super clean hot tub, the ease of entering and locking the home, and the fact that it is pet friendly. It felt like a private retreat for my family to meet up close to UMass. I would love to go back there again!

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!

This was a great space for a getaway with my husband. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! This was very impressive and greatly appreciated! We live in the area, and it is a great location close to a ton of things to do (outside and inside) and a wide selection of restaurants in multiple directions. The location was quiet and felt private. Lindsey was super communicative and very responsive. Internet worked great (which was an issue in some other airbnbs we've stayed in). It was well stocked with appliances, and all the things we could need for our stay (we love a good king bed). We highly recommend!

The Country Corner was a comfy place for our trio of friends but none of us could imagine sharing the space with more than one more person. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful and the apartment was clean. While this weekend was an "escape" for all of us from our own kids, we all commented that it'd be the perfect place to stay with kids because of all the outdoor toys and activities in the backyard. Katie was timely with check-in and check-out instructions and even sent us dining recommendations shortly after check-in. Thanks for a quiet weekend "away," Katie!

Harold's place was clean and so peaceful. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals after long days on the river, and Harold had great recommendations for the nearby communities. Harold was a great communicator.

Stayed here while competing in a horse show at the Three County Fairgrounds. Clean and comfortable and walking distance to town. It’s an old house so it can be a little noisy at night, but really comfortable and charming!
