Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Kathy’s home is the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room, a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic. We felt welcomed and right at home and I would book with Kathy anytime I visit the area in the future. The home is gorgeous and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lexington.

Harrison was one of the best host I've booked with. His place was clean comfortable and fun. Harrison has thought about everything you need and want to make your stay great! I look forward to staying in his property again,since we have a daughter in college in the area. I would definitely recommend Harrison to anyone looking in the Lexington area.

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Spent the weekend for a bachelor party, this property was amazing!! Super private, plenty of space and great amenities. Our host had such great recommendations for distilleries, places to eat, and golf. Just an amazing stay and an amazing home. If you are looking for a place to stay along the bourbon trail, do yourself a favor and book this one!!

The house was small, but every space is utilized. Small and cozy was perfect for our stay. The pictures do not do justice to the home. It has a lot of character, and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host is very responsive. It is very convenient to Buffalo Trace and super close to some amazing restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Thank you for being a host!

Great location! Secluded and private, perfect for a nice country stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not let us enjoy the fire pit but we will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness!! Whisky Woods was one of THE nicest, most comfortable Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in!! We had an absolutely amazing experience and we will definitely book again next time we’re in town!

Beautiful home, Beautiful Setting! Quiet rural setting with a Kentucky River view in the rear and a hillside cow pasture with pond across the road to the front. Was a perfect location for our group of three couples. We all absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It, by far, exceeded our expectations, and our host, Lauren, was very responsive.

Immaculately maintained- great layout - fantastic for the bourbon trail - close to everything. It was first class and very enjoyable. We will be going back. The modern kitchen had everything- coffee bar all included, crockpot, dishes. 3 full bathrooms. Great fire pit, basement was excellent with games, pool table, cards, popcorn machine etc. very private.

We traveled to Frankfort to celebrate my husband’s retirement on a recommendation from some fellow employees that lived in the area. I started my search and found the perfect place. It felt like home my home, I knew it would be big enough to accommodate my family and friends . It was the week after the flood and I was very concerned that we couldn’t go to BT and Brittany was very accommodating, reassured us that it would be okay but would assist in a refund if we wanted to go that route. She was right, we found plenty of things to do and see! We came in to find my daughter and husband already in the hot tub and we found the house super clean , nicely equipped and the “ extra touches” to welcome us of snacks and the fully stocked coffee bar! This a beautiful place! There's horses, trails, the sunset is absolutely amazing and all the stars. Cindy was very nice and responsive. Plus everything is within 10 minutes if you need to buy anything. This is a great getaway!

The home was well-equipped with essentials like laundry detergent and dish soap, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including an espresso machine! The outdoor space was just as lovely, with hot tubs and a fire pit overlooking a gorgeous grassy landscape. Cozy linens, great showers, and a fantastic host who was super responsive and helpful made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

My husband, infant daughter, and dog stayed here when we had to evacuate our home in Frankfort due to flooding. The host was very accommodating, and their kindness was very much appreciated during a very difficult time for me and my family. The home and backyard were lovely as well. Exactly what we needed. Our stay was perfect.

Convenient location and cozy home. Home presented as shown on listing. Beds were comfortable with TV's in every room. Backyard was nice for our dog. Easy 8 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. Liked the bourbon theme decor! Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The furnishings were upscale and top-notch, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect—walkable to great downtown restaurants and just a couple miles from Buffalo Trace. Being right on the water with a relaxing balcony was the cherry on top (even if the weather didn't cooperate). We’d return in a heartbeat!

The home appearers to be recently remodeled. It’s spotless and I have significant appliance envy. The deck is large and so comfortable. We had dinner on the deck and told stories around the fire pit. The perfect hub for the bourbon trail. Great trip!

My family really enjoyed staying here! The location was great, there’s so much within walking distance. The umbrellas were a nice touch too as it was raining during our stay. Everyone loved the shower, the beds were super comfortable, and the decor was wonderful. We honestly didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back again.

Rented the home as part of a Whiskey Trail trip. Great location less than ~20 minutes away from a number of major distilleries. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we wanted to find. Highly recommend.
