Wow, what a beautiful cabin. We had 2 couples staying in the cabin for the weekend with plenty of room. I ask the owners if they had a banner for a birthday🤗. We were celebrating my best friend’s 60th birthday. We went to the Arc encounter which was very close and had dinner reservations in Cincinnati on a dinner train. Anjanette went above and beyond to hang balloons and a banner. She was so thoughtful. We all had a wonderful time at the cabin and the hot tub was amazing. We would definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

We loved staying here and it was the perfect location for our family Easter! I truly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the owners! It was very clean and well appointed with anything you need and the owners were very accommodating and kind! They helped with a couple requests, including a pack and play and high chair. We were able to cook a large Easter dinner with the stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. The property is very serene with plenty of privacy and great options for hiking around. The location is also not too far to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Lastly, the pool table and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend to stay here and know we will definitely be back for another stay!

The air BnB was very clean and had all the amenities a family could ask for, very nice location on a beautiful secluded lot. The hot tub was one of the nicest hot tubs I’ve been in. Slate pool table kept us entertained for hours. Fully stocked kitchen was very nice has everything we need to cook breakfast in the morning. The water pressure was awesome and water got hot quickly! Overall we had a great experience and will be back in the future! I strongly recommend this Airbnb! It comfortably slept 8 people and we had a great time!

Absolutely loved Bourbon Barrel cottages! Beautiful setting out in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Lose to distilleries and restaurants yet out far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Angie was out every day tending to the beautiful landscaping. They even offer fresh eggs on-site. Book this place next time you’re in bourbon country, you won’t be disappointed!

Loved the house, location and looked for the baby goats every time we drove back home. We did not get to enjoy the fire pit or kayaks, but looked out at the lake each morning before we took off for the day. Ate at both of your recommendations (limewater and Kentucky castle) both were fantastic. Appreciate your hospitality, recommendations and your home!

I'm 100% recommend her place. The hot tub was absolutely amazing. her response time is so fast and she's very accommodating. next time we come through we will be staying with her again.

“If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine”…The Ripple Inn was an awesome cabin with a lot of the amenities of home. That comes in handy when traveling with a little one. Upon arrival check in was super easy, the place was clean, and the hot tub was ready for use. Cell service was spotty but wifi solved that problem. Gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking options. Great view pretty much surrounding the property. Host was responsive and very descriptive with directions, check in/out instructions, as well as with suggestions of things to do locally. “Reach out your hand, if your cup be empty” and fill it with some of the sweet nectar being made at one of the near by distilleries.

Our stay at Susan’s little piece of heaven was above and beyond what we expected. We got to feed the animals, enjoy an absolutely beautiful view from every direction, enjoy the sounds of nature, and sleep in the most amazing/updated/character filled cabin. Susan was so helpful and kind throughout our stay and even before, by far the best host experience we (7 ladies) have had. This property has so much to do we didn’t leave so I can’t speak on the local area but if you’re looking for a stay-cation full of nature this place is it. I will absolutely be back for a family vacation and am already looking forward to it. :)

What a great peaceful retreat, not too far away from Louisville. Great to relax with the birds chirping around us and not much else to disturb us! The place had a wide open but warm feel letting in plenty of light during the day. We enjoyed hanging outside on the deck and also took short hikes into the woods alongside the creek - which were so peaceful and nice. The master bedroom was cozy as well to relax in and watch movies. John was very accommodating to meet all of our needs!

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Great place to stay! Short drive to many distilleries. Place is exactly as described. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cabin was clean and everything worked as it should. Lauren was very communicative even though we did not need anything during our stay.

Great place to relax after a long day of sipping bourbon. Out in the country with great vistas of the farm land. The wrap around porch always offers a calm side from any wind. Enjoyed watching the long horns. Restaurants were a bit sparse in the area but we had no problem picking up groceries on the way back from bourbon tasting and then cooking a nice meal in the cabin.

Really enjoyed our stay it’s so quiet and relaxing having the lake a few steps away it’s really nice. The house has a very welcoming feeling it’s great. Anytime we’re back in the area we will definitely plan to stay at Josie’s.

Perfection!! This creekside cabin was the perfect place for my much-needed getaway! Cozy, clean, and comfortable. HIGHLY recommended!

Beautiful tranquil area as advertised. House is immaculate and seemed brand new inside. Outdoor space is great with a really nice second floor porch overlooking the river. Really cool to be at the base of the trestle but it is quite active (not such a big deal for us humans but our dog wasn’t a fan). Anna was a fantastic host. Checked in asking if we had any needs several times and was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s farm. It was so peaceful and quiet. Setting was beautiful and conveniently located close to our favorite Kentucky activities.

Dominique’s cabin is amazing! Peaceful surroundings. We booked for the Kentucky Derby and could not have been more happy with the place. Only wish I could have spent more time there. Will definitely try to make it back up in the winter to use the fireplace. She is the most gracious host I’ve ever had. Even had fresh flowers waiting on the table for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date. So cute, quiet, clean, roomy and the best amenities and extras provided for us. They had candy, snacks, fruit and 2 frozen pizzas which we were sad we had not been able to enjoy. beds were comfortable and the fireplace was so cozy. Even had a basket with blankets. The 3 connected porches (one screened in ) were amazing and cozy. We immediately booked again for same time next year. Thanks for everything.

I booked this room for a long weekend mostly because of the reviews I read and I do not regret it. The property was absolutely gorgeous, rich in history and areas to explore. The house was spotless and so charming. Lastly, the hosts were very helpful and responsive. This Airbnb stay topped all of our previous stays and we cannot wait until we come back to this location. I highly recommend to book this spot if it is available!

Beautiful cozy cabin. Well decorated and furnished. Lovely well equipped kitchen. Easy to access right off the highway and 15 minutes to Lexington. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at serenity cabin. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the cows and their calves. The house itself is so comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is between Richmond and Berea and close to everything you could need. We all loved it and hope to come back again.

Kevin is an outstanding host, always answers your questions. Was very helpful with giving a description on how to find the location of the BnB. The BnB itself was gorgeous and it was in such a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay!

Every bit of this property is absolute perfection. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous views from the huge windows and porch, the fire pit and obviously watching the cows. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you guys so much!
