Excellent stay, spent just under 2 weeks here. Everything as described and listed. I had a better sleep in the bed than I do at home! Host is very responsive, good parking too. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay…would love to stay again

My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

Very nice apartment with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was even in an enclosed tent which was great considering the chilly weather. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen, close to multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay again!

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Each time we've stayed at Laura's place it's like coming home. We spent a year traveling, and Laura's place was the absolute best for working and relaxing. We watched our favorite apps on the large TV from the reclining sofa in the large open living room. The dining room has expansive windows looking out to the hills and beyond. No need to work on the dining table as there are two work stations, one in the den and the other in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have large TVs. We found every tool and utensil we needed in the spotless kitchen and made use of the full laundry. The beds are comfy, plenty of space and hangers for clothes and luggage. As if this is not enough, you can keep in shape using the equipment in the separate exercise room. The garage has direct access to living quarters. But the best thing about our stay was our hosts, Laura and Steve and their kitties. They were always available for questions and recommendations. We recommend Laura's place without reservation.

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Sally and Noava’s place! The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful, truthfully a cabin in the woods. The house was perfectly clean and relaxing. The hosts were so responsive making it that much more comfortable of a stay. We would definitely come back here again!

Behind an unassuming exterior façade, the interior was truly remarkable from an interior design and furnishing perspective. Not only were the furniture, linens and glassware spectacular, The overall result was a beautiful and tranquil retreat. We were super impressed and would love to return.

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

i was we my family the place was very clean and had a lot of amenities, my dad it's a fisher man, so he love the pond, the view it's amazing in the morning, Bruce helped us with everything always ready to respond, it's a Diamond 💎 in New Hampshire if you going to NH a will recommended this place 1000 times, definitely I'm gonna rent this place again. My friends and I went for a weekend trip and had such a great time. Steve responded quickly to messages and made it clear that if we had any questions, to reach out at any time. Such a great place!

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

My stay at 131 Lake St exceeded my expectations on every metric. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable; the location was convenient for practical (groceries, restaurants, etc), recreational (across the street from Paugus Bay, close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock et al) and professional (35-40 minutes to Concord) purposes; and Kimberly was an outstanding host. I never had a single problem that needed to be dealt with, but it was clear that she would be promptly attentive and helpful if such a situation arose. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
