Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Haus ist wirklich klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend. Wunderschöner Garten dabei. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter als gedacht.

Pernottare da Cosimo è come fare un salto nel passato. Casa storica e molto accogliente con ampi spazi estremi. Una vera chicca r una buona base se decidi di esplorare la bellezza della valle d'itria.

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce trullo. L’environnement est paisible, parfait pour se détendre entre les différentes excursions dans les alentours. Francesca nous a accueilli de façon sympathique et a toujours été réactive. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé dormir dans leur chambre « grotte » :)

Celestina hat auf Fragen sehr kurzfristig reagiert und war immer erreichbar. Die genaue Lage der Wohnung wurde per Googlemaps übermittelt. Wir wurden schon erwartet da wir die Ankunft eine Stunde vorher angekündigt hatten. Das Problem "Schlüssel war in der Schlüsselbox nicht vorhanden" wurde kurzfristig gelöst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön oberhalb Podgara gelegen mit Sicht auf das Meer. Der Balkon ist nur vom direkten Nachbarn einsehbar und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Prima war auch die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Celestina buchen. Monika und Thomas

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Ciro est une personne très accueillante et attachante qui vous donnera d'excellents conseils pour explorer la baie de Naples: les iles comme Capri, la côte Amalfitaine, le Vésuve, le vieux Naples, les musées, les palais... Si vous aimez randonner vous allez également vous régaler dans le parc du Vésuve. Si vous aimez la culture et l'histoire vous apprécierez les sites archéologiques et historiques. Il y en a pour tous les goûts dans la baie de Naples et Ciro saura vous conseiller pour découvrir toutes ces choses, un vrai guide touristique. Après une journée d'exploration dans le secteur vous pourrez vous rafraichir dans sa magnifique piscine et profiter du soleil le reste de la journée. Vous pourrez discuter avec Ciro de vos aventures et partager vos impressions. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter des produits du jardin de Ciro. Ses tomates et légumes sont succulents. Je recommande cet endroit et cette région magnifique.

Paul was a great host, he organised a cot and high chair to be delivered on the first night of our stay. He also let us check out late. We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment was very clean, well located and had all the amenities we needed including a car parking space. The beach is walking distance as is the old part of Stari Grad. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Paul’s apartment.

l'accueil qui nous a été réservé était excellent, nos hôtes nous ont attendu très tard dans la soirée à cause du retard de notre avion. l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable et la vue sur le plan d'eau est magnifique. des fruits et des boissons nous attendaient au frais à notre arrivée. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We were very thankful to find this quiet, clean apartment last minute which was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. The direct access to the sea and the view while eating breakfast was fantastic. There were hummingbirds at dusk and complete silence at night. We were lucky enough not to have neighbors as this apartment is attached to another rental. The kitchen essentials and grill were a very nice touch. Thank you!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

Posto splendido immrlerso nella natura e in pieno relax se si ha voglia di staccare la spina qualche giorno. la baita é dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno sia romantico che con amici. Francesco é un ottimo padrone di casa ci ha accolto con un bell'aperitivo ed é stato disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. nei dintorni ci sono vari sentieri e percorsi per belle escursioni. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

We stayed at Matteo's place with 4 young kids. The cabin is rustic and rough around the edges but has the basics for what you need and we LOVED it. It also has a cool vibe. We had a great time. The kids were very sad to go. We walked in the beautiful surrounding forests and meadow (which were magical - my 4 yearold daughter was sure there were fairies and a princess with wolf dogs). We looked at the stars in the clear night sky. We roasted marshmallows in the fire place and sang songs (nobody is around so you can sing and play guitar as badly and loudly as you like). We played target games with pinecones and built inukshuks. My husband made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and it even stormed & snowed on our last night which was thrilling for 4 Canadian kids who have been missing the snow! It was VERY peaceful, we felt like nobody was around which is nice after being in Rome for an extended period of time. We can't understand why the area is so underdeveloped. We were all sad to go.

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Sweet cabin with everything you would need. Beautiful views all round. the kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything we needed. Host was lovely.

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Cristina è una padrona di casa fantastica e premurosa. La casa è molto carina, situata in una zona piena di verde, ideale per chi cerca pace e relax. Il giardino è molto carino e curato, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort e, anche se l'arredamento non è modernissimo, Cristina ha saputo renderlo piacevolissimo con il suo tocco personale che ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Se cercate una villetta lontano dal caos dove rilassarvi e stare in serenità, sentendovi comunque a casa vostra, soggiornate a Villa Sibilla e non ve ne pentirete!

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questo grazioso chalet di campagna e ci siamo innamorati della pace che ispira questa location: il posto è davvero incantevole ed è perfetto per chi ama rilassarsi nella natura ed esplorare zone verdi. La posizione dello chalet è anche comoda per spostarsi verso le attrazioni naturalistiche più gettonate della Basilicata e lo consigliamo come base per gli amanti dell’escursionismo e delle passeggiate campestri. Il signor Giuseppe ci ha accolti calorosamente al nostro arrivo e ci ha istruito su tutto ciò che necessitavamo sapere per godere appieno della casa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Inoltre è stato super disponibile per qualunque nostra esigenza e ci ha lasciato in omaggio frutti e castagne della sua azienda di famiglia (regalo graditissimo!) 🌰🍊🪵 Pulizia impeccabile e facile accessibilità nella proprietà, con possibilità di parcheggiare dentro. Esperienza più che positiva, addirittura bucolica! ✨🌿🍃🍁🍂🍄‍🟫🪴🌱
