We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Mill River East Cottage

Our 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom cozy & clean bungalow (plus pull out sofa bed) sleeps 6 guests. This cottage is in a quiet subdivision, 2nd row back with Waterview. It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. We are conveniently within a 2 minute drive to grocery store, gas station, restaurants, mall, walking trails and parks.

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6).
