We booked this for business purposes! Our construction crew wore very happy and very comfortable! We stay here for a month and through Samantha was always on communication if we needed anything! She was very pleasant to work with always working way to fulfill our needs! Lovely home wonderful communication! We will definitely stay here again very lovely home, community and host 🥰

It was great. We took the kids to the Cincinnati Zoo, which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. It was the perfect place to relax after that.

Joseph was extremely proactive and his communication was top-notch. I had detailed information before I even got to the location on how to get in what to do in the area and how to clean up before we left.

I had a great stay! The home is beautiful and very private despite being in a busy neighborhood. All of my favorites nearby (tickle pickle, sidewinder) are a very short walk! The home feels welcoming and everything I needed was provided. There’s a giant bathtub on the second floor that definitely aided in my quest for relaxation! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the home. The owners’ great photography was on display which is so personal and fun :) AND I believe I read in the guidebook that the other owner is a contractor and helped fix up the house which is very impressive. It was more than I expected even and I’ll definitely be back with my pup and my partner!

Stayed here for one night and it was such a welcoming environment. Daniel and Abbie were quick to answer any questions and did not hesitate to make the place wonderful!

Sid was flexible with our check in and was very accommodating otherwise. The place was in a great location, central to most everything we wanted to do and located in a very cool, historical building.

We always love staying at Chris’ place and will continue to do so as long as he lets us. Hehe. The place is immaculate, warm and inviting and the location cannot be beat. Chris is an extremely attentive and communicative host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Would definitely stay again! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in the perfect location for a friends wedding - the view of the city from the back porch didn't hurt either! Shoutout to Schwartz's Point Jazz Club down the street where I made some amazing friends. Bonus: the kitchen was stocked with healthy cooking oils! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great place! A bit up from all the walking but only .5 miles away so very close. Very easy to find and get around. Great food options at all corners. Cincinnati is a favorite city of ours. Glad to spend the evening our anniversary weekend!

Only booked for one night and it was great. My daughter just turned 16 and she want to go to teen party close to that area so it was very close to the area. Ben was very informative about things to do in the area. I will stay again.

Loved staying at Sid's place. pretty comfortable and spacious apartment. the bed was super comfy. Sid was kind enough to allow me to check out one hour later.

It was a great last minute decision to stay at an AirBNB vs a hotel and so glad we did. Great location. Owner very responsive. Valet parking was awesome! Great bookstore next door and an awesome coffee shop just a short walk away. Will plan to come back this summer!

The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

I hit William up late, mid-day for same day accommodation and he was immediately responsive and very welcoming. All points of needed information flowed to me immediately upon booking acceptance and there wasn't so much as a moment's confusion with following his lead. The home is envy-inducing and really sparked our imagination for what we could do with our own getaway home we plan to have in our soon to come retirement. There are more high interest, quality dining opportunities nearby than even a voracious appetite could cover in a month, much less a single weekend away from the kids! Lovely home. Perfappointed. CLEAN. SAFE. Perfect, really.
