A 3 minute drive from the town center or a nice 15 minute walk. 1 hour drive to Big Bend National Park, 1 hour to McDonald Observatory, and 30 minutes to Marfa. The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
