This amazing house has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), and 1 beautiful bathroom with walk in tile shower. The living room offers 58”TV with spacious sectional sofa, PlayStation 3, Washer/dryer, plus a huge yard. We are pet friendly with pet fee. There is NO SMOKING, DRUGS, or PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.
