I stayed about 8 days and it was amazing! Deena is the best host. She responds quickly to questions or concerns. This home has everything you need and more. There were plenty of sheets, plenty of towels including pool towels. Plenty of pots and pans. The family enjoyed the pool. We had a group of five and we were very comfortable. I was happy that this place is dog friendly. I highly recommend this and I’m definitely returning.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Great home! We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and comfortable home! The owners were very kind and extremely responsive. We loved the backyard overlooking the water .. it was very peaceful and the kids enjoyed fishing. Would definitely recommend this home!

We had a great time. The house and yard were perfect for us and our two pets. The neighbors were nice, and the location was peaceful. Fabian was very responsive to our needs. We had great weather and especially enjoyed the sunshine and warmth. The location is very good. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The traffic is heavy but manageable. Four Mike Cove Eco Park is about one mile away and has a great boardwalk that is perfect for walking. It does not, however, allow pets. There is a lot to do in the area. It is extremely accessible to Ft. Myers since it is very close to the Veterans Parkway mid-point bridge. It was a great place for us to spend a month.

Marcela's place was perfect for our annual family trip. It was the perfect location that we needed to be between family and the Hyatt. Everything was clean and well organized. Marcela was very quick to respond with questions and advice. We would love to stay here again next year!

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Our house had some issues and we needed to find a place for a week. Sea star stepped up and helped us out. The house is amazing. It had everything one would need to live very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautifully appointed furnishings. When you need a getaway. This is the place to book.

Everything about the place was accurate. Beautiful and clean home with a big yard and pool. The family and furry kids enjoyed the entire weekend. Christy was always responsive to any questions I had. The only thing I missed was tv’s on the other bedrooms. Overall I recommend this home.

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our time at the house. Truly enjoyed the pool and outdoor furniture. Watch TV outdoors and listened to my Spotify through the speakers. we stayed about 6 weeks and did not want to go home to Michigan weather. Our dogs loved it there, I covered the furniture with our blankets and they were living their best life. Thank you Kelly!

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The location is excellent — in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, which made our time there very relaxing. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving snacks for us — it really made us feel welcome. The house was very well equipped, with plenty of appliances and kitchen items that made cooking easy and convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

El lugar es igual a como aparece en las fotos y descripciones, es muy acogedor , tiene las comodidades necesarias, te hace sentir como en tu hogar , tuve inconveniente con la parrilla pero me dijeron que se encargarían , pero aún así la recomiendo me encantó a mi a mi familia.Volvería a ir .

Our stay at Crown Pointe met or exceeded all expectations. It started with a welcome book with detailed instructions. The inside of the home was very spacious and very clean. As an, example the inside of the refrigerator looked brand new! The pool was large and the chairs and table surrounding it were used for meals every day. We have stayed at other Airbnb's before and this one was by far the most equipped with nearly everything we needed: plates, glasses and cups, pans, utensils, bowels, towels, beach equipment, many TV's, etc. The Community Center about four blocks away with an exercise room was used many times as was the Pickleball courts. The location provided easy access to beaches, restaurants, Downtown Naples, stores, etc. Highly recommend.

Majority of my days are spent floating around the pool. The pool and pool area all right 10+. Great location house was very clean. House was very responsive to any and all questions. We’ll definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s house. I would recommend it to anyone considering this area! I was surprised at how well stocked everything was! We had everything we needed! She was helpful and responsive every time i spoke to her! We had a lot of fun on the covered porch and we even got to interact with some of the horses on the property. There was a lot of great shade with all the mature trees and my son enjoyed the ducks at the pond and just having a lot of space to run around. I have nothing but great things to stay about our trip. We will be back next year! Thanks again Carla!

Its very quiet and private.

Een erg fijne plek. De plek was goed schoon en opgeruimd en voelde direct al heel erg huiselijk en warm. Je hebt ruimte en rust, maar tegelijkertijd genoeg leuke plekken op prima rijafstand. Julia en Mark waren erg vriendelijk, maar gaven ons ook alle ruimte. Dit alles maakte dat wij een erg fijne tijd hebben gehad in het huisje en de omgeving.

Jeff’s place is in a great area of Bonita Springs, and close beautiful beaches and not too far from Naples. The house is super comfortable, with great lanai and pool setup, and many other amenities. All rooms were super clean and well decorated. Jeff is a super host as he responses timely and effectively. All this resulted in a wonderful long weekend for our family and friends.

Highly recommend - The home was just as listed and the host were very responsive and kind. When Kim found out the coffee pot wasn’t working she sent a new one over immediately along with a complimentary tin of her favorite coffee. The entire house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had quality appliances and furnishings throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and extra linens and blankets were available. I look forward to staying again in the future.

By far one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed. The house looks exactly as pictured: beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great energy. As soon as we walked inside we felt right at home. Location is excellent, super close to 75 and local beaches. Lovely neighborhood. Bonita beaches are super close, about a 10 minute ride. The hosts were friendly, warm, and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back!
