This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before, this opened my eyes to wanting to do more AirBnbs, as well as coming back to this host again. This place had a lot to offer and a lot of room for 6 of us to spread out comfortably. The only thing I wish I knew prior to arriving was that 3 of the beds have a 125lb weight limit, thankfully there was plenty of couch space to fit without an air mattress.

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. We appreciated the additional space provided, the property was spacious enough to accommodate a larger group (we were 6 adults and a child) While the cost was somewhat high, our limited time for exploring alternative accommodations prevented us from making a more informed decision. However, it is important to note that the house is of an older age. This may cause discomfort for individuals prone to vertigo, as the floors exhibit creaking and slanted surfaces. Despite these minor considerations, the property was well-stocked with essential amenities. Linens, kitchenware, toilet paper, and bedding were readily available in all bedrooms. Additionally, each bedroom was equipped with earplugs, trash cans, irons, or steam irons, which enhanced our comfort. On a Tuesday evening, a party was taking place next door, which was somewhat unusual and unsettling. However, the surrounding area

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Walkable to nearby grocery, bakeries, banks, parks, and restaurants. Located in the middle of hill so be prepared to walk up the hill (or a built in hillside 4 story staircase) to get to them. On street parking only (owner provided parking pass), but you may need to babysit to get a close parking spot. Highly convenient bus stop into NYC is across the street by staircase. It is the last pick up you might need to wait for a bus that isn't full, but only minutes to wait! And coming back from the city you are the first stop so bussing is a no brainer! First floor flat so anticipate hearing upstairs neighbor's noises and busy street so anticipate hearing vehicles. Smart thermostat centrally located: home remained a comfortable temperature that we set. You will need to be tech savvy to figure it out. Great shower water pressure or temperature for our family of 7 and all beds were comfortable and wonderful after a 10 hr walk day in NYC. Owners very responsive to anything so ask!

A True Gem in Long Beach! My stay at this incredible home was nothing short of amazing. The house perfectly blended modern comfort with the timeless, laid-back Long Beach vibe. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and stocked with care, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The amenities were top-tier — from the beautifully designed kitchen to the luxurious showers, everything was immaculate and high-quality. The entire home was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like a sanctuary. If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, recharge, and soak in everything Long Beach has to offer, this is the one. I would highly recommend staying here — it’s a rare find and an experience I won’t forget.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

This is the best stay as always!

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Firstly, Roberto was an excellent host! Not only was he always the first to interact, but he truly wanted to make sure the stay was to mine and my Fiancée’s liking. The house itself, in short, was absolutely perfect (I didn’t want to leave it lmao). Joked a lot about pitching an offer and moving in! All in all this was an amazing first experience with Air B&B, and we will definitely make an excuse to stay here again

Even though I only stayed one night, I felt comfortable and safe. The place was very clean and cozy. Mark was a great and very responsive host.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
