Excellent place! Super host! Nearby interesting places and restaurants! Dr.Neethu was very helpful - allowed an early checkin and was always available for support. The space is superbly maintained. Overall an awesome stay!

Very responsive host. I booked the place hours before check-in and they were waiting for me till 11 in the night. They allowed me to check-in even at the late night and was always available on call. Even I was late for checkout but they haven't said anything. Very good experience

We had a wonderful stay at Vivek’s three-bedroom flat in Vytilla. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—close to major roads, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Vivek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a homely stay in Kochi. Would definitely book again!

I had booked the entire villa for my guests to attend my Engagement. The team at Alchemy homes were very responsive and made their stay feel like home. The place was very well maintained and had all the amenities needed. The location was very close to the city but access was a little difficult as the streets leading to the villa were very narrow. This wouldn't be a problem for natives of Kerala as they are used to driving large vehicles through narrow streets but for others it could pose a challenge. Overall a very good homestay and is ideal for families coming to Kochi for holidays. I'm extremely thankful to the Alchemy Homes team, they made sure the entire experience was wonderful. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Well maintained property a very good location.The property matched the description.; had all the amenities as described. Scaria was always responsive for any queries. Overall the stay was great. Highly recommended.

Nimeesh's place is right in the middle of Thrissur and is closer to main attractions, restaurants. The room has a single standard bed, but had extra bedding to accommodate additional person. He lets us check in a couple of hours early and when we arrived, A/C was running and felt at home. Kitchen access wasn't provided, but we were not looking for that either. Nimeesh was able to give us a reference of local eateries and a great taxi person. With that we were ablet fulfill our travel needs, which is the most part, the need that we had. Nimeesh had been responsive and was kind enough to drop us on our way back. I would strongly recommend for group of friends.

I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
