The SkyLoft is a 2nd floor studio (with stairs) accessed via the gravel lane behind our house with in-door garage parking. Featuring a queen bed, rain shower w/ a Rinnai tank-less water heater, Berkey water filter system, and private patio seating. The enclosed parking is shared with Brian and Jen, we live in the main house with our two pups, Luna & Simon. We respect your privacy and you'l only see us on an occasional passing. This large 2 story apartment is in the best part of the historic district, quieter, softer, more gentile like the nearby mansions. Besides 2 king bedrooms each with private skylit baths, there is a private flex room with a gel foam sofa pull-out bed downstairs that can be used as an office or a bedroom.
