La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

The property is in a private piece of land in the mountain area, and enjoys its unique benefits, its extremely peaceful, in the nature, enjoy fresh air and breathtaking views ... Hear the birds, the sheep... at night you can watch the stars ! We produce our own energy with solar panels and recycle waste. We have a nice private swimming pool & sunbathing area with sunloungeurs & a wooden chill out bed.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
