Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

Siamo stati molto bene nell'alloggio: abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia, la luminosità e l'ampiezza degli spazi, oltre all'estrema comodità di questa casa per una famiglia come noi con un bimbo molto piccolo e relativo passeggino (facile da raggiungere, con ascensore, totale assenza di gradini...). Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host, sempre reattivo e disponibile sia per il check in che per il check out. Suggerirei soltanto di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti qualche genere alimentare di base come una bottiglia d'acqua, olio, caffè, anche solo qualche campioncino di shampoo. Sembra una sciocchezza ma può fare davvero la differenza appena arrivati. Con i bambini infatti non sempre si è in grado di fare ogni pasto fuori e noi avendo viaggiato in treno non ci siamo portati provviste. Poiché la casa era completamente sprovvista di questo genere di cose, pur essendo presenti nelle vicinanze supermarket, ci siamo trovati un po' in difficoltà in questi giorni di chiusure pasquali.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Appartamento ampio, ben pulito ed ordinato, in un'ottima zona centrale di Cervia. Giulia è un host disponibile e gentilissima.

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti davvero piacevoli in questo alloggio. La casa era pulitissima, confortevole e con spazi più che adeguati per il nostro soggiorno. Si respira subito un’atmosfera accogliente, e si vede che la casa è curata con attenzione. Si trova facilmente parcheggio in zona, che non è affatto scontato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni!

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

Franca e suo marito sono davvero dei proprietari simpatici ed accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei loro consigli per mangiare bene a prezzi ragionevoli. Anche l'invito ad usare le loro biciclette per muoversi lungo la ciclabile è stato molto apprezzato. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto funzionale, l'arredamento ricorda l'ambiente marino con gusto e sobrietà ed è a due passi dalle spiaggie. Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Grazie.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. Lieu atypique avec une vue magnifique, reposant, au calme et avec un bon couchage pour la chambre parentale. Grand privilège d'avoir pu écouter Jack jouer du piano. Petit bémol pour l'utilisation assez restrictive des parties communes. Mais le charme global du site compense ces aspects négatifs. Comme précisé par Scott et Imogen dans le descriptif, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule 4×4 pour y accéder.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations felt cozy, comfortable, and private, fitting with a relaxing Tuscan country vacation. Our cooking class was by far the best and most in depth we’ve had and the same goes for the winery tour. You can tell every person involved is passionate about their part of the agrotourismo experience. The restaurant was also one of the best meals of our trip and the cozy setting by the fire in fall was the perfect vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay out of the city.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
