Cozy stay close to downtown. Well stocked kitchen!

We had a great time and loved the house! It’s stylish, well maintained and is in a great location. Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, however house was well cleaned and had new amenities. We will be back!

Chad's place was a magical delight! It was super cute, just like the photos, and had a magical decor. We stayed upstairs and we were warm enough. The hot tub was a delight. And the shower was awesome, a really nice touch! There were a lot of cute and thoughtful amenities. We'd stay again. And maybe in the summer bring our friends and use the whole place. The spot was close to where we needed to go. Chad was responsive and friendly.

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Incredible, beautiful location. Stunning oceanfront views & experience. Home is cozy, bring your fire-building skills. Lisa was a true pleasure to interact with and very helpful at every turn. Very private and dog-friendly which we appreciated.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Riverwood cottage is an experience to replenish your soul. The cottage layout is perfection. The entrance welcomes you into a kitchen with whimsical accents of retro turquoise appliances. The kitchen is very functional for any family chef. The host has been generous and supplied spices to support most meals. There is a classic claw foot tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable you melt into them. TV has easy access to your personal apps. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. The very private outside includes an expensive deck with a hot tub canopied by Redwood trees. Then there is the yard, magical with small bridges that take you down to river's edge. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Sangeeta, the host is kind, patient, generous and communicative. My limited time at home was incredible. This cottage is my favorite Airbnb stay ever. We were two couples and two kids, aged 4 and 2. Heather’s place was perfect for us - spacious and family friendly. Communication was easy and quick, and she made lots of great recommendations that we took. Close to lots of wineries and restaurants. As in many touristy towns, be aware that some of the neighbors have anti-Air BnB lawn signs up, and there are pretty serious quiet hours in place 9 pm - 9 am, but no one bothered us and I don’t think we bothered anyone either :) Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Great stay! Super easy and convenient check in. Linda was very communicative. Great alternative stay for going to Harbin Hot Springs. The space was super cute and had everything needed to accommodate our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here at Donna's. It was so cozy, peaceful, comfortable and had beautiful and idyllic surroundings. My son and I had a super time and felt right at home to relax and visit with each other! We enjoyed meeting Donna's husband and having a few brief but nice conversations and we really appreciated his sense of humor! It was a fantastic vacation! Thank you both!!!

What a gem! I absolutely loved waking up to the birds chirping while staying in this cozy, charming flat. The garden was a lovely place to sit and sip tea in the late morning; lots in bloom and smelled incredible! The flat has gorgeous light and it was a wonderful place to write in the mornings. I had everything I needed to make meals but I also enjoyed checking out a few of Lisa and Dana's recommended restaurants. They were very friendly and responsive - fabulous hosts! Being in a flat separate from the main house provides privacy but is great in case you need anything from the hosts. The bed was very comfortable and the towels felt plush and new. You will have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, regardless if you stay cozy in the flat or head out to explore Sebastopol and wine country nearby. I highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

Camille was accommodating! Super friendly and non intrusive. The space was exactly what we expected! We were so happy to have our dog with us as we explored the area. Would definitely come back again!

Our second stay at this sweet little cottage. All the amenities we needed. Super cozy and quiet except for nature sounds. Just what we needed. Bonus points for the really nice shower with the tankless on-demand heating. Hot water all the time.

Thanks for having us stay at your lovely house. Perfect location for a trip to the Russian River. Would highly recommend to families as there’s plenty of space and a playground nearby ;).

Cenas house is the perfect place to stay for your Sonoma/Napa get away. They have such a beautiful home and are great at making you feel right at home. The pool area is extremely peaceful and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner. 11/10 experience and we plan to be reoccurring guests in the future.

Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

Brook went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable! From offering the early checkin to allowing us to checkout a bit later, a long with all the helpful hints on restaurants, grocery stores and providing all around comfort, we truly enjoyed our stay. From the teas to the paper plates, to the inflatable ducky in the pool, we could not have asked for more. Brook also provided a plastic chair for the shower as we were traveling with an elderly person-I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Looking forward to returning one day. Thank you, Brook, for making our stay amazing!
