Wake up and sip your coffee on the patio, deck, front porch or around the fire pit. There's a yoga studio, games room and plenty of space in the back yard for soccer, badminton, cornhole and more. Beaches, golf courses, wineries all nearby.

Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.
