What a wonderful little place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake. Very clean and neat and tastefully decorated. Was just here for the weekend, but can definitely see coming back and staying for a week when the weather is warmer.

We were very happy with the accommodations! The smores kit, sparklers, sunscreen, bug spray, fire wood, extra propane and so much were so helpful! It was a beautiful place and we could have sat outside all day and night long!

Had a nice time. Wish we had more time to explore. We were there for work reasons so left before 6am and came home after 9pm. Seemed like a nice place to stay and chill. The shops were only a few mins down the road which was nice.

The location was beautifully set on a lake. It was nice being on the end of a row of cabins and homes so that we didn’t feel like we were being disruptive of other guests in the area. The lake view was awesome. The house was very nicely updated with great finishes. Bedrooms were small and packed with beds but the quality of the bunks made up for the tightness.

Great place for our entire family! Plenty of room and beds for all! Would be a great place for a summer vacation! Nice beach and outdoor area. Great area! Thank you for hosting us!

This house was wonderful! Everything was just as described in the listing. We needed a house that could easily accomodate our family and this home met all our needs. Our daughter got married at Pinewood so we stayed 4 nights and really felt at home. It was wonderful to have four bathrooms! The family room/dining/kitchen area is especially lovely with its big stone fireplace and huge windows that look out on the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware and pretty much everything we needed. This would be a great rental for family or extended family during the summer with its large back deck and access to the lake right behind the house. The drive into Cambridge isn't too bad...probably 10-15 min. from the house. We got groceries at Walmart there and there is also Target. Food at the Leader restaurant is fabulous. The house is well stocked with games and movies and there is a TV on both levels and family rooms on both levels! We couldn't have picked a better place.

Super clean, BEAUTIFUL place. We had a total of 8 people stay here, one being a toddler, and two dogs. This place was PERFECT for a family weekend. I would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone.

We were at Tina's for a small group girls' weekend trip and had a fantastic time! We loved the open concept upper floor where we could all easily be together in the kitchen, dining room and living rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all comfy too. Tina was responsive to questions and gave a great recommendation for a fun hiking spot close by. We would definitely recommend staying here with a large group!

Great spot right on the lake! Lucie was an absolute sweetheart. She baked us cookies and it looks like she bought an iron just for us because we requested one. The place is really cute and cozy and we felt so comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and catching the most beautiful sunrise over the lake this morning. Would love to come back in the summertime to utilize the lake.

Bob and Lisa were very flexible with us while we were in a difficult situation. We were able to extend our stay into a second week. Thank you so much. If you like being near the water and appreciate a visit from a friendly cat while you sit on the deck, this is the place to be. Those beds are super comfy!!

This is a very cute little space above a bar, over looking the water. We had a group of friends in town for an event and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, very clean, just what we needed. You can hear the music from the bar but that was made very clear at the time of booking, we expected it and actually enjoyed it!

So great that we came here a second time! This property is a slice of heaven. Gorgeous sunset views. Kayaks and paddle boats were perfect for our young family being able to paddle to the sand bars and enjoy the lake. “Serenity” is such a perfect description. We will be back again next summer, Lord willing!

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

Allison's place is magical! We stayed for a couple of months just after moving to Minneapolis, during our housing search. Her space is quaint and cozy, exactly like the pictures, and the building is true to its original character in its decor as well. Allison was a fabulous host -- she stocked the apartment well with fruit, coffee, and snacks for our arrival, and in general, we felt we always had what we needed during our stay -- a variety of cookware, cleaning supplies, additional linens, etc. We had no issues at all except for a minor plumbing one, and Allison had it resolved within a couple of hours. We loved the location - it is across the street from a beach, which seemed like a well-used, vibrant community spot. We spent time on the beach while it was swimming weather, and walked along the paths around it almost every day with our dogs. It was especially picturesque as the trees changed color and weather cooled. We loved our stay here and would gladly stay again!

Laura is such a thoughtful and gracious host! The carriage house is absolutely charming - bright, spacious, peaceful, and private. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. A perfect cozy winter weekend hideaway!

This cottage is very cute, well stocked, and clean. It has a great sunroom and fun game room. It overlooks the lake and is super close to the Luce Line walking/biking path. Worked great for our family for an Easter get-together. Nice fenced in yard for kids and dogs. Would rent again!

The house was super clean, exactly as described. Peaceful, quiet area. The beach areas were very nice and we had them to ourselves basically. The golf course was great and the PAR3 course was great for the kids to try. Caught tons of fish straight from the shore, the club house is walkable, overall it was great, would highly recommend.

This is our second visit! We love the space! It is extremely clean and welcoming. There is lots to do or you can just relax right there, you don’t have to leave to find things. She welcomes you with goodies and a personal welcome note. She is a great host!! We feel like we are coming home!!!

This is the second time I reserved this charming little house for visiting relatives. They absolutely loved it. Kim thoughtfully provided all the special amenities to make them feel right at home.

Enjoyed the welcoming by hosts, coziness, peaceful and private location near Half Moon lake. Beautiful sunsets, night sky, and nearby hiking trails we explored. Provides necessary amenities for a very enjoyable stay! Look forward to booking again.

We had a beautiful and relaxing weekend at Laura’s. The deck has an amazing view of the lake, and was great for stargazing at night. Our kids loved watching the boats go by and playing with bubbles outside. Perfect for our weekend trip!

Katie and Curt were wonderful hosts to our Minneapolis Spring Break adventure! We loved having a home base at such a convenient, beautiful, central location. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the nearby playground. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking into Linden Hills for meals and shopping. Katie & Curt were responsive to questions that came up during our stay and were friendly and gracious hosts.
