Right off the Wilkins exit of the Dequindre cut. Walkable to Eastern Market, Downtown, and the River! Easy to get to all stadiums and most major concert halls. Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby. This special getaway is minutes away from Mexican town, Downtown Detroit and all major freeways, making it easy to plan your visit. You’re right in the center of it all! The loft comes equipped with pots and pans, an air mattress and easels for an art filled, fun night. All lights on the first floor are controlled by remote to change color and the mood of the space. There are also lights throughout the upstairs that can be turned on to illuminate the vines. We hope that you enjoy your stay.

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access.
