An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Lovely little place in a great neighborhood and area. I would easily recommend to a friend and come back next time!

Great, relaxing stay. Close to trails, coffee, grocery, and lake. It was nice to find a place that you can come back to after a morning hike, have lunch and rest, and get back out to another hike. Comfy bed, warm home, and relaxing.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and made everything really easy with detailed instructions. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect — so close to everything in Pasadena. Would definitely love to stay here again!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and no issues at all. Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated that the unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the parking spot and garage entrance. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and inviting—truly a cozy home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even my dog enjoyed relaxing by the window and patio, watching the communal green space and exploring the nearby walking paths. My only caveat is that the walls are a bit thin, which may be worth considering for light sleepers. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again.

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

es un lugar tranquilo y muy recomendable para estar con la familia, tiene vista del lago y está cerca de un parque, cuenta con espacio para estacionar el auto. las camas y almohadas fueron muy cómodas, cocina con los elementos suficientes para cocinar, pero también hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca por si lo deseas. la limpieza del lugar cuando llegamos era excelente

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness.
