This is a lovely cabin with even lovelier hosts! It was a perfect getaway! The view and the cabin are even better than the photos! The house is well stocked with nice fluffy towels and lots of blankets, the beds are comfy and pillows and mattresses well cared for. The hosts are quite friendly and near immediate in response time! Don’t let the proximity of the highway deter you- you can’t see or hear it whatsoever and are just washed with the white noise of the river. I read on the deck for hours! It is so majestic! Things I wish I had known; - there is one bathroom and it is not on the level of the sleeping quarters. This didn’t work well for me because I’m old. :) 2. Upstairs is one open area with three beds. Beds are not in separate rooms and everyone using a bed shares a room. Due to the ages, genders and nature of relationships in my party, this didn’t work out well and one child ended up creating a sleeping alcove in the kitchen and one on the couch. I highly recommend!!

There was a variety of snacks that were left for us, which was very appreciated. Also the hot tub was the star of the show! The place is clan and it comes with everything that I could think of. Highly recommend.

We would definitely return to this beautiful and comfortable home in the mountains. It is very secluded and at a lower elevation so road conditions, traffic, crowds, etc. were not an issue. Still, we were so close to skiing, lakes, hiking trails, Kirkwood, Tahoe, etc. that we could choose a new activity each day. Spacious kitchen and big table for game nights too. Loved it and hope to go back!

Had the most amazing stay with my pups to get away from the city. They got to run around and be free while we enjoyed the hot tub. The aesthetics of the place were 10/10. Used the wood burning stove religiously as it was a bit chilly, which made the stay so cozy. Grass valley is a really really cute town too. The perfect private quiet getaway.

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our host Olivia was so helpful, super responsive, always checking in and making sure we had what we need. Just a wonderful place to get away and relax, felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at Katherine's magical cabin! It was clean and comfortable with charming decor and a cozy ambiance. We also truly appreciate this little slice of paradise not only being pet friendly, but pet welcoming with pet bowls and treats available. We loved being able to have our furry family with us as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Stayed 5 days for our 46 year wedding anniversary had a blast loved how comfortable we were and how nostalgic all the decorations were. Had a 1960 Tailgate for the bed headboard and lots of Placerville and area history signage and literature. Loved it

This cabin is just as beautiful as the photos. We had a wonderful stay here for our ski trip in Kirkwood. This stay is a steal for the price and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much Ge for a great experience!

The place was absolutely cozy, and the view so pretty. The deer were awesome to see. Plenty of board games to play. The host were so helpful and communicative. When we accidentally left something behind, the host were so helpful to help us to get our lost item back the next day.

Wonderful small cabin for a great relaxing getaway. Beautiful view of the forest out every window and it feels very private. Perfect for a puzzle and reading vacation. Julieta was great at answering questions and was really nice. We were hoping for snow but missed it by 20ish days. Based on the pictures it looks like snow would be beautiful at the cabin. We would recommend it :)

Great stay near the lake, very beautiful

Gorgeous property, has everything plus extra for a family to stay. The hosts are amazing, very thoughtful and accommodating. My family had a blast staying there for a skiing trip.

A lot of attention to detail was what I noticed. When I arrived, everything I needed and wanted was right there, even things that are important like a super comfortable bed, with high-quality linens. The place was adorable, spacious and relaxing. Perfect for what I needed, I’ll definitely be back again.

2nd time there in the past several months. Love it as a little retreat to sit around and play my guitar all day.

Spacious house and modern kitchen. Has 4 rooms and 2 full bathroom (1 in the master room). Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Host was very responsive and help us to book in the last minute.

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying with Valerie and Ken and we absolutely loved it. They are accommodating host and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It’s a home away from home.

Gorgeous area and very relaxing stay.

Ariyele's place is quite special! You can tell they've put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable and inviting. The bed was far and away the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed we've ever slept in, and the surroundings are just gorgeous!! The value of this place can't be beat.

Property is honestly even more beautiful and serene than the pictures. We rented it for a bachelor party, and it was perfect. Great property for a large family getaway, as well. Had some minor trouble with the door code, but Laura was in immediate contact to help. Will likely rent again!
