Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time renting this location. Melissa did a great job communicating and even came to install a new TV when I mentioned there was an issue with the TV sound. I was very impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to do everything to make our stay comfortable! I am sure we will stay here again when we return to Sacramento.

Great midtown duplex unit that has everything you could ask for! Clean interior, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and a very relaxing living area. The rear yard and front porch are also very nice spots to enjoy your morning coffee. Located nearby to many bars/restaurants, it's a very walkable location. The huge bonus is the parking..with a long driveway that fits 2 cars safely, you can't ask for more. Look forward to visiting again!

Stayed here 9 months for work. Anna is a really great host! The location is really central to everywhere I wanted to be in the area, and I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice place and very affordable. Normally I don’t like to stay in back houses or on properties where the host is also living due to lack of privacy, but this was completely separated and we felt just like it was only us. Very well taken care of and beautiful space.

Lovely getaway alongside an almond orchard out in the country near Woodland, California. We wanted to explore the unique architecture of historic Woodland and a few fun restaurants we'd heard about in a weekend getaway without our 10-year-old, and this was perfect. The little private units are. basically clean, adorable tiny homes with wifi so we could watch our streaming shows at night, and a very comfortable bed, as well as the added touch of snacks and beverages we could pay for via a QR code. Super cute and we loved it!

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

This Airbnb was in a part of Roseville I’d never been too. Cute location. Pool in the back was nice! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

This is my third time staying in the cottage. Perfect location, perfect layout for two couples. Spotless interior. You can't get a better host than HELEN. She is so friendly and kind. Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

Location was great, close to many wineries and restaurants in Plymouth. The property was great for our group and our dogs. Very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed my last at the Little River House. Well equiped with everything we needed and the property is lovely. The sounds of the river were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
