Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

No. 23 Willow Cottage is a modern, luxuriously holiday cottage set in the seaside resort of Filey. This homely cottage sleeps 4 guests and offers luxury self-catering accommodation ideal for couples, families & groups. This excellent holiday cottage is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The living area has a 40" Freeview TV, plus extras, with DVD player and free WiFi. The modern, fully-fitted dining kitchen has a microwave, integral appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

The Yellowhammer hut

Our Yellowhammer hut is named after the yellowhammer bird and last summer we had around 30 to 40 of them on the farm and they kept coming to see us when we were working so we had to name our new hut after them. It’s set right at the end near the apple and plum trees that belonged to the old orchard in what use to be the farmhouse kitchen garden. It’s a beautiful setting both quiet and peaceful (except sometimes for the sound of lambs and cattle sometimes) enjoy our meadow as much as we do.

Located in the seaside town of Filey is this perfectly located private apartment . Ideal for a couple looking to spend some time in this gorgeous seaside town. Convenient for the shops and supermarket, plus the many cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.
