It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Less than a 5 min stroll to the beautiful golden sandy beach and wildlife rich dunes of Greatstone and the famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway station. Whether you are looking for family fun or a peaceful getaway, there is something for everyone. The park boasts a fishing lake/indoor heated swimming pool/childrens play area/crazy golf/evening entertainment/Boat House bar and restaurant plus free parking.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

There is ample secure parking on the farm yard, and oodles of outdoor space you are welcome to explore. Nestled between the farm stables and the main house there are fantastic opportunities to interact with the animals (including; horses, goats, geese, ducks, pigs and chickens). There is also a large fishing pond well stocked with carp.
