Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Kerstin et David…. La maison est super agréable, spacieuse et très bien située… La communication est très conviviale… Le parking est facile et gratuit… Tout était parfait…

Great Group Stay Near Canterbury Fantastic place! Stayed with a group of 6, and importantly, there was a bed provided for everyone. The house had everything else we needed for a great weekend. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Home was bright, airy and clean. Beautifully presented with a chic decor. Host suggested dog friendly activities and eateries in the area pre arrival and had great communication. Kitchen was modern and having milk, coffee and tea was a bonus but floor tiles were cracked in a few places. Bathroom was stunning and had some toiletries available. I didn’t feel comfortable using the shared garden with my dog as he would definitely spoil the other guests relaxation time. Also being able to see into their bedroom and lounge felt intrusive. However, we made full use of the large lounge balcony instead to soak up the sun. Unfortunately the bridge to Chalkwell Beach was closed which made the walk to that beach longer but the walk to Leigh on Sea along coastal path was very pleasant with plenty of dog friendly pubs and eateries. All in all we had an amazing time.

Beautiful house that looks like the pictures. Peaceful area - we all slept really well in comfortable beds and thanks to black-out blinds. Cosy living room with fireplace, and everything you need in the kitchen. There's a bus stop nearby (but worth having a car). A very short walk to the beach and small supermarket too! We used the garden furniture for lunch one day.

Demi’s place was clean and tidy. It’s in a great location and check in was super easy. Will stay again!

Super logement avec l'accès direct à la plage. Le logement comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un weekend en famille et avec jeunes enfants. (Logement conforme à la description) Sophie est en plus tres réactive et de bon conseil. Arrivée autonome faite sans problème

Got a call from Robbie on how to check in & how to use the facilities that’s available in the aqua therapy room. He was friendly & gave clear instructions. We found the place easy & got parking. Everything was immaculate from the minute we walked through the front door & entered our apartment. I place was amazing & we were so excited to say. Weather was perfect & we enjoyed the balcony with its amazing view. The place was perfect. The message chair & jacuzzi we used & we enjoyed it. Perfect get away for my husband’s birthday. Thanks Robbie for everything it was perfect 👌

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit guter Aussicht auf die Themse. Die City ist sehr gut zu erreichen mit der nahegelegenen Underground oder gleich als Sightseeing Trip mit dem UberBoat. Vorsicht am Sonntag, die Elisabeth Line fährt erst ab 7, wir mussten deshalb mit einem Taxi fahren. Ali war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und gut geantwortet. Gerne wieder.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. The setting is exceptional and you feel like you’re in a historic hamlet in the middle of beautiful, peaceful countryside. The hosts were great, leaving us to our own devices but on hand and responsive if needed. The Granary has been expertly restored as have the other historical buildings on site and the grounds are beautifully presented. We had everything we needed in the property. We would highly recommend booking a stay. Don’t forget your swim wear - the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Josephine was a thoughtful, communicative host. The property is immaculate, beautifully renovated and well thought out. The garden was a lovely little sun trap in the evenings and also immaculately maintained. It has everything we needed and more, including local walks and recommendations. We loved our stay, very well situated for visiting various local places - Eastbourne, Drusillas, Battle & Hastings. Really peaceful setting, and loads of great places to eat locally.

Richard's cottage is everything you can wish for, stunning surroundings with lots of footpaths to explore the area. The cottage itself is a little gem with a stunning garden on the river. It's beautiful and peaceful. Richard is a great host, so friendly and helpful with lots of good recommendations. We can't wait to visit again.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

The perfect spot to stay in Camber. The house is in a great location and has everything you need, especially with kids. Very responsive and helpful host. I would highly recommend.

Geplant hatten wir eine Gartenreise mit mehreren Personen und das Cottage von Diana und Terence war ideal für unsere Zwecke. Es lag inmitten der zahlreichen Gärten, die wir besuchen wollten. Die Küche war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Es gab 2 Badezimmer und ausreichend Schlafzimmer und das Cottage lag wunderschön im Garten der Gastgeber. Die Jahreszeit war ideal. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und blickten auf imposante Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Fenster des Cottage. Auf Empfehlung waren wir im Pub "The Hurstwood" und dort haben wir wirklich sehr gut gegessen. Die beiden Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und es war wirklich sehr nett, mit ihnen zu plaudern. Und ja, der Besuch in Chartwell hat sich, wie sie uns prophezeit haben, wirklich gelohnt. Herzlichen Dank an beide für den schönen Aufenthalt dort.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️
