Take your pup with you to Chateau Morissette winery, just 18 miles away, or relax on one of the porches and watch the deer or fox stroll by.

Homeplace

The Homeplace is in the rural countryside of Floyd, VA surrounded by a family farm with a winding creek nearby. You will enjoy beautiful views of pasture fields that may have cattle and sheep grazing and possibly see various wildlife. This home, built in the 1940’s and situated beside a paved road, has been lived in and gently loved. While experiencing the nostalgia of an old home you will also enjoy modern conveniences such as WIFI, central heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen and bath.

This beautiful 2-bedroom guest house is a 12-minute walk to the famous Floyd Country Store and Jamboree! FloydFest, the Crooked Road Music Trail, Floyd EcoVillage, 5 Mile Mountain Moonshine Distillery, Buffalo Mountain Brewery, Chateau Morrisette, and Villa Appalachia are just a short drive from us as are Radford University and Virginia Tech. Recreational activities include Great Oaks Golf Course (see "Guest access"), the Blue Ridge Parkway hiking trails and kayaking on the Little River.

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). The Farmer's Supply-Unit 202 in Downtown Floyd VA

The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.

Epperly Mill on Dodd Creek- Kimball Suite

HIstoric Epperly MIll is located 1 mile from the light in downtown Floyd, yet maintains the privacy and serenity of the mountains with Dodd Creek cooling the landscape. With its central location, historic architecture, locally sourced materials, and hand crafted accents, there is no place like it. We have enjoyed restoring this great piece of Floyd history and look forward to sharing it with you.
