The Verde River flows through the community & is available for fishing (when stocked) & swimming. There is also a trail at the end of the street that follows the river.

Enjoy a stocked small cabin with nice views, open deck, relaxing jacuzzi, outdoor fire-pit (subject to local fire restrictions) nearby hiking trails/lakes, fast internet, work from home space, large fenced yard, and old style wood stove. Cozy, tranquil cottage across the street from Green Valley Park. Clean attractive home., within walking distance of restaurants, museum, and more. Well equipped kitchen. Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm.
