The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Your getaway to enjoy all Melbourne has to offer. Close to the airport, downtown, Indian River, and 8 minutes to the beautiful pristine Melbourne beaches. New home with luxurious comforts like a Purple queen mattress, Lazy Boy reclining sofas, soaking tub, and full kitchen. Grill out in the backyard with lots of parking. We offer a dedicated workspace in the third bedroom with AT&T fiber Internet. Grill, beach chairs, bodyboards, and bikes are all available for you to better enjoy your stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

Guests will have access to kayaks and boat dock to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway.
