This property was perfect for our group of four guys. We visited for a golf trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was within 5-10 minutes from the courses, 2-3 minute walk to the pool, and the property was bigger than what the pictures portrayed. Very clean - didn’t have any negative feedback from the group. If you plan to visit Myrtle Beach, keep in mind that it’ll take you a good 40-50 minutes from here. Would recommend this for any group! Susan was a great host and very responsive.

Great condo, pretty view of the golf course and pond.

CT visitors, heading down south for April break. We have four people in our family so it was my husband my 2 sons (8 & 3) and myself. The condo was absolutely perfect and plenty of room for our family of four. Everything was clean and up-to-date. The view from the balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed the ability to be able to walk to the pools walk to the beach come back up for lunch and anything else that we needed. This condo is also a mile from the Walmart superstore and the Tanger outlets. Very close to Barefoot Landing. A lot to do around the area. We would definitely consider rebooking again.

everything was fantastic. the place was ready earlier than expected, it was clean and ready to go. I have been going to Myrtle Beach for 7 years and while we have had some nice places this surpassed then all. Highly recommend! A++++++

Check-in was a breeze. We are notified we could check in early. That was a great help. The condo was close to the elevator. The place was as expected. Neat, clean, and tidy. The twin bed mattresses were not adult friendly. They were thin, crinkly, and the bed frame could be felt when lying down. The other bedrooms were very spacious and mattresses were great. Nicely decorated. Beach theme throughout the condo. Great location for SOS visitors. I would stay there again.

3800 Sulkirk met all of our needs. I grew up in Charlotte and we were in town for my mom's 90th birthday celebration and we needed a 3BR home that permitted dogs. My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. Hawthorne Pizza (and other restaurants) and Harris Teeter are very close by. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach towels were provided as were dog biscuits, a nice touch! Check in is easy as is check out. Great stay and no complaints. Wow! Mark was an amazing host for us and the house was absolutely perfect for our family of five! The heated pool was the best for our family, as well as the quick walk to resort and beach. This house is absolutely gorgeous and we were comfortable and felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and then some, for example, we used the beach chairs and convenient trolly for the chairs and bags that we used to bring stuff to the beach on. 100/10, I can’t say enough great things!!

I was not disappointed. Very clean, and it was a walking distance to Family Kingdom.

The place was as described- quiet neighborhood and very safe feeling. The garage is best for small cars but there is parking beside it. We enjoyed the proximity to all the things we came for- cheer competition at the convention center, Broadway at the Beach. We would definitely stay there again

I love staying at Sheila’s place. I’m a return customer. Her place is a nice little no frills place off the beach. It’s immaculately cleaned The area is very walkable to the boardwalk. It’s comfortable and I feel safe when I am there. There is some noise as it’s close to “the action” but that’s a part of the appeal. The place does allow pets however there is a weight restriction so if you plan on taking your pet you must talk with her when you book the place. Sheila herself is super communicative. She is kind and respectful. You really cannot go wrong with this diamond in the rough.

I can’t say enough about Paul and Chris. I felt like I was staying at an old friends cottage who fully supported my work mission there. And gave me space to have privacy and peace. This space is completely separate than the owners with a private entrance. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. It is on my favorites list!

Good location - just a very short walk to the beach. Hot tub was a nice feature, and was clean and fully functional. Quiet, walkable neighborhood was good for our dog, too. Would book again!

Great place close to the beach!! We took our dogs and it was perfect with the fenced in back yard! It would be an amazing place for children/teens with all the games and extra space/house in the back! Also had plenty of beach chairs and a golf cart!!!

Loved the location, right by hole #10. Great proximity to Georgetown and beaches. The condo was very clean. Could use a new toaster and perhaps some small bowls. Appliances worked great. We had a great stay!

Second stat here in a month, just a perfect place to stay overnight on our way to/from Florida. Thanks David, you keep this space so immaculate and clean and we really enjoyed staying here. Super-highly recommended!

This was our second time staying here, perfectly comfortable always feels like home, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful view clean pool and located near everything. Definitely recommend! We will of course be back!!

We enjoyed the unit because it was so close to the beach, pool and just a 3 minute walk to the local coffee shop! It was very clean and exactly what we wanted for a beach rental. We loved the balcony view! Perfect rental in OIB!
